I agree it had a point, last year 2017 most of the ICO are really profitable and legit but this year most of the ICO's are scams.
It's definitely different ICO's in 2018 than 2017 the ICO, value and community development.

True, the life of crypto from 2017 to 2018 is much different. Not the fault of ICOs, the whole market is bleeding. New currencies always need to face tough time if they don't have a strong backup in the market, and during these days it is hell difficult for ICOs/projects to maintain their ICO price after the ICO. This means even the good projects can't deliver what they supposed to do

This is indeed a very good method, waiting, waiting for people's enthusiasm to fade, the price will go to the bottom, then it is often lower. Therefore, investment is not easy to lose. There are more tokens than those made in advance of ico.

At the beginning of the year everything was ok. the bitcoin price was very high and people wanted the fast money. then the market fell by 60-70% and people lost a lot of money. and they invest less in ico. then come the Scam Ico. Envion !!!!!! and many others - over $ 100 million have disappeared. The investors lose confidence. And there are too many bad ico. Always the same. 10 x mining ico without success. There are only a few good ideas. And it gets worse the next weeks and months.
People should invest more in the top 10. then the market would rise again. too many ico is not good for the market

It can be a different year for new ICOs for today because the offer may be the same in some coin that have a project in past few years and having same function could be the number one reason for people to delay their support on such project this year. People tend to support older project for them to have a more straight and more good profit for them to have on incoming years.

Yes, market has changed sufficiently that is why ICOs have changed as well. It has become to much difficult to earn money.
Right now market is on lows and it need to more liquidity (new money) to begin a new upward trend and to rise.
In case of investing in ICO everybody must be careful and thoroughly choose a project with a good potential.

Yeah, i agreed with you. Last year, there were so many projects that brought investors x5, x10 income.
Now is not the same as past, u invest in an ICO, not only afraid of its success rate but also worry that even it is listed on a top exchange, it may drop in a minute Sad

If nobody invests in ico and everybody invests after launch, who will invest in the ico and how do you expect the project to reach its set soft cap. The advice should be people should try to invest in solid project and not just hypes, with this you will get your profit on the long run.
