Maybe because altcoin will doesnt have sense if bitcoin dies. People cant used it to convert into fiat. Bitcoin wont die because its market capital is so damn huge and countries will not take a risk like that just because its decentralized.

I think it depends on the reason, if bitcoin is banned all through out the world, it means that altcoins will die to. Bitcoin price affects altcoins price, people dump their altcoins ( which causes altcoin price to decrease) to buy bitcoins, bitcoins are dumped because people buy want to buy altcoins.
Bitcoin will die if it loses the trust from people. Therefore, I think that when people don't trust in Bitcoin, they also don't trust in altcoins too.

bitcoin will die I think it is too far in thinking in the future if my opinion bitcoin will evolve along with the development of technology and the world economy I am very sure of it and I expect bitcoin will grow more rapidly in the futureyour opinion is highly appreciated.
Its nature really can not help Bitcoin become to the world's currency, because it can not manage by the government or anyone.
But the fact, it can control through the Bitcoin miner, if more than 51% hashrate of Bitcoin miners cooperate to control Bitcoin system, they have enough the requirement to control Bitcoin.
If bitcoin dies then altcoins will be worth more in value and if bitcoin goes up then altcoins go down in value that is how it goes because if you look at the values of the bitcoin and altcoins you can see that the bitcoin is going down a little bit and that altcoins go up.

Just most like it will shown that in ong term there is no sence to keep and invest in krypto more than you really need.
Probably most speculation play as we have now will end becouse suckers won't be back in massive scale.
System will last but it wont be saving system more utility
Altcoins aren't bitcoin dependant and don't necessairly need bitcoin to maintain their cycle of life . In fact they will benefit from bitcoin's disappearance since people will have to use them as replacement for bitcoin .

In my own opinion, if bitcoin dies altcoin will die too because both of them has a connection to each other. But it still depends in a situation like what if bitcoin dumps in the market and altcoin pumps up, altcoin surely would not die because bitcoin do not have anymore value if that happens.your opinion is highly appreciated.
It has a connection, but i think that if bitcoin dies many people would buy altcoins instead of bitcoins. This will allow altcoins to rise very high and take bitcoins place instead.
You can also see at the stats now that altcoin is rising just because bitcoin has dropped a little bit.
In addition to Bitcoin, there are still some other great Altcoin that can help you switch to fiat like ETH for example. So while Bitcoin dies, other Altcoins are still functioning and developing. There will still be a coin to replace the current position of BItcoin because the virtual money market is a necessity in the future so it will never go away.
bitcoin is not going to die for sure . many countries are starting to make its own cryptocurrency and bitcoin is still on the top . and altcoin will make its own rank as same as bitcoin ..

I think although bitcoin is the source of trading all crypto currencies, but I do not believe if bitcoin dies then altcoin will die, maybe there will be new coins that have better features than bitcoin that seems to replace bitcoin role.

Although in the current scenario, Bitcoin death is out of the question. Still, as Bitcoin lives in a volatile market, it may happen.
God forbid, If this happens then Altcoin status will depend on the circumstances in which Bitcoin will die as both are crypto currencies. If Bitcoin will die in a scenario of market crash, then Altcoin values will definitely go downwards, but the pace of the downfall will again depend on Altcoin position at that time.

The question is why? why altcoin would also die if ever Bitcoin will die? It will obviously be in favor to altcoin if ever this thing will happen since their competition will be iut of their eay and the demand that Bitcoin is getting from the market will be moved to altcoins. The ones who use bitcoin blockchain technology will die yes and the one that use other like ethereum or waves will not die but still bitcoin cannot die that easily if you can think that oit is not something from a normal stockmarket.

i don't know if the bitcoin has a possibility of dying(maybe its too early to die now the bitcoin because now is the bitcoin generation) but if that happen, if the bitcoin die i don't know really what happen to the alternative coins maybe i think it just live but the appearance of it just like a dead i mean its ignore by the people but the alternative coins is still alive because we know that before bitcoin made other alternative coins was made and i think if the bitcoin dies it will continue to live but only few user can use alternative coins your opinion is highly appreciated.
