It's hard to say. booth old and new investors now hesistate to enter crypto and ICO is nearly dead. However, if BTC price overcomes the last peak, they will enter the game again, then I'm sure there will be more games for investors at that time, not just ICO, IEO but the new ones. They (exchanges and whales) always know how to create new games for us to be greedy.

We already have seen this before, and in that time, people are amazed to see bitcoin price can hit almost $20k and they cannot believe that. People don't think that the price will increase so high, and if this time bitcoin price can repeat the history, I am sure many people will have the time to sell their bitcoin at the highest price.

But that is no guarantee for the investor to back to invest in the program like ICO because they will search the other programs which will give them the profit. They will leave the programs which make them losing the money. I think they will invest in the strong project or existing project which they believe it will give the money to them. But some of them will invest in the project that has the opportunity to grow in the future.

I should remind you about how the crypto market works right now. Bitcoin is holding the big domination to the crypto market and that means the majority of people are holding bitcoin right now.
The sudden increase in the bitcoin price will give impact to the exchange site and it will not give any impact to the ICO side. Maybe IEO can get a little demand (trusted launchpad with high-profit probability) from the sudden increase of bitcoin but i highly doubt if ico can create another comeback.
Bitcoin increases altcoin goes down and bitcoin goes down and altcoin is going down even more.

The demand will sink like it always does when the price is raising. The price will fall, because the demand is sinking and so on...

Of course people will take a look to the side and look for other ivestment possibilities to lower their risk in loosing everything, everybody should do that!

At least in my case the answer is a no, if the price of bitcoin increases suddenly that will encourage me to invest in bitcoin but that is it, investing in an ico implies taking a risk so high that even with the high ROI that you can get by investing in the correct one it is simply not worth it when the majority of icos are scams, however I know that I am a minority since I know that if the price of bitcoin reached a new all time high the greed will overcome the common sense of most investors and they will decide to invest in icos again despite the terrible results we have seen during the last year.

If the price of bitcoin suddenly increases, it would either create fomo that would make people to start investing because they don’t want to miss out thinking the bull run has started, but I think it has not really been much of effective this year, I mean fomo. There are cases where I have seen bitcoin suddenly increase and I expect that we will have some people who would think that it is bull run and start investing put of fomo, which usually make the value grow stronger.

As bitcoin price grows, normally, investor were supposed to use the opportunity to invest in ICO because they grow along with it, but also this year, we have seen how many altcoins are dumping heavily and not following the growth of bitcoin at all, so I would not expect any increase in bitcoin to really encourage anyone to put money in ICO now.

There is both a positive and negative side to it. Positively, the trading volume would surge really high, making more people to FOMO. This surge would make us see many new actors in crypto again.

Negatively, this once would lead to so many fake projects to arise again as we witnessed it during the 2017/2018 rush.

I don't know if the investors want to invest in ICO again because they got a bad experience before. Maybe they will invest in bitcoin only or altcoin, but it could be possible if they can find a good project which can give them a profit. But now, I think they are more selective to select any projects, and they don't want to get the same experience as before. If bitcoin price increases, I think the altcoin and the token will be decreases, and that means, the good time for the investor to invest in every coin.

I don't think investors will tend to invest "again" in ICO projects. As you can notice, ICO nowadays are not that good as before. If the sudden rise of the bitcoin happens, there are more investors that will consider bitcoin as another investment but not with the ICO thing. Maybe some may try the new project like STO and IEO. But majority of then will just buy bitcoin for a long term hold.

Bitcoin price will continuously attract investors interest from the coin itself but with ICO and exchange product it will depends from how the investors will embrace the product, but it won't change anything as bitcoin will cycle and follow the path of success, there's no solid evidence that any investors will relied with bitcoin movement to invest with new projects it should be learned and study carefully.

I don't think so would happen. A sudden increase does not signify the real use and usability of a coin. It would certainly draw attentions of investors but would put off merchants and people who transacts with Bitcoin. It would also cause another price crash which would lead to another long depression.

Of course it's effect on investor. New investor will come and invest on bull market. Atcoin will rise again and people will want to invest more new project for more profit which is not much seen now days. Those people who hold their coin they will profit and invest more. And many things will change that we saw first in 2018.
