As an old member and investors, I've used seeing Bitcoin price to spike and drop suddenly, nothing new really, but hopefully, it will not fall 50% of the current price.
If Bitcoin price suddenly jumps they will buy items where they usually used fiat to Bitcoin and other Cryptocurrency, but I don't think they are going to invest in ICO platform, right away.

ICO has bad connotations to every investor now, after the so many scam ICO last year and this year, people are very careful in investin gon new coins and the prove is Bitcoin's dominance in the market.

ICOs have a bad name now because far too many of them were scams.
But after a Bitcoin long rise, after many traders are again on nice profits, people will invest again here and there.
I expect that they'll be much more careful than in the past, but the good ICO/IEO/whatever-new-name tokens may still have a future. But again, for this we need proper projects, not scams.

the main thing will have a big impact on adoption I mean investors will trust the crypto market again and invest in this industry, and the return of investor confidence will occur when the market has stabilized and project fraud is reduced, maybe it's a way to boost investor confidence that has been lost due to ico's reputation the bad one.

If bitcoin price pump again then the cryptocurrency market will also be affected. This can be a better opportunity to get into new ATH or can be a next pump and dump mostly caused by whales.

Anything can happen because the market is hard to predict. That includes impactful businesses can also thrive.
In this year it looks very different because when Bitcoin is pumping very high, Altcoin does not respond quickly "running slow ".
But if Bitcoin is back pumping, our hopes will definitely have a positive impact on all altcoins and include the ICO, IEO and STO projects.

I think not. ICOs have really expired and now only left trivial projects and uncertainty about their future.
A few years ago, when the ICO was launched and there were many great projects like ICX, Railblocks, Dogecoin, ...
But now everything seems to have changed. there were so many bad start ups just to want to borrow from investors quickly and then leave.
Investors no longer believe in ICOs, I think they have turned to investing in IEO or STO.

people create ICOs to scam others not as a solution to their business. basically anybody who ever wanted to make a ton of money in 2017 created a scam ICO and ripped people off and then everyone else followed by they continued failing because only those scammers that started the ICO mania were successful and the rest failed.
