No it doesn't. People don't trust cryptocurrency after the last bull run everyone is sceptical and being careful with their investment. What will move people to invest is news and government support.

Am sincerely anticipating the price of Bitcoin to increase suddenly, the end of the year is around the corner, there need to be some reward for holding bitcoin since the beginning of the year. Secondly, a sudden increase in the value of Bitcoin would lead to more people rushing into the market to make some quick funds which would lead to much more increase.

Yes, you are right because all buyers will focus on Bitcoin. Altcoins have declined, but will slowly come back again. And the impact of Bitcoin's sudden rise in prices, I think it will not directly impact the ICO.

In this year, we can see that the price of Bitcoin suddenly rises very high, but the Altcoin response is slow in growth to follow Bitcoin.

bitcoins price must grow smooth and slowly than alts wil move with btc. or some project need to have good step than its token will rise.

Thank to the scam that had happened for many ICOs out there. Now trust is broken and they dont care anymore if the price hikes or just be dumped.

Actually there is more hype when the price of bitcoin goes down. Suddenly, there are new investors popping out buying left and right just so to profit for another pump that may come.

Yeah there are many people who say if bitcoin price up and then the price altcoin will going up too. And they will consider to buy bitcoin but the money that their have is low and can't be able to buy one bitcoin. Whilst, the rule is not fully like that, there is only sometimes if bitcoin price up and altcoin or new project pricr will up as well.

As you mas know when bitcoin price went up to $12.000 in early last month but this thing is not happened to altcoin price. Most of them only stuck up their price and even most investor move their asset into bitcoin and they got profit. When you say ICO it will be good to see and make an analyst to the project itself, most of them only end up to scamming the investor and it is very risky. Have you try to invest in IEO? I believe it will be better rather than an ICO.

very precisely, in this case I also had a bad experience last year when participating in a good project but ended badly, it really didn't work like their roadmap, I remember like the bluenoteworld, empirecash and miracle projects. I thought their product was good but their tokens ended up being junk and even the developers were gone.

No matter how successful the the increase in the price of Bitcoin is, even if the price projected for this year is attained, it will not in any way impact and create the interest in ICO. No one seems to be trusting ICO again? The scammers themselves also know this and they are devising new means of receiving people. Instead of investing in ICO, there are other better options, which will give the investor an appreciable level of guarantee that his investment, if not 100% safe, that at least there is an appreciable level of safety.
