Yeah I will also do the same thing with you. But in this case the knowledge needed to analyze the state of the market and so that we can know the direction of price movement. And the news is also very important factor in this regard.

We all know that the most altcoins is just bump and dump, soo the main interest is into getting more bitcoins, thats why all make and risk their money at altcoins, sure its easy to make money at altcoins. I doubt crypto world would be able to survive without bitcoin, sure some altcoin would try to take bitcoin place but its more easy to believe crypto world would be over.

Taking bitcoins place would be hard and it would take a long time if it possible to happen. As you can see there are lots of alts are existing almost every month, weeks or even days and some are just scam coins but not all some alts has the potential and would developed in the future just like bitcoin but for sure when the time comes bitcoin is too far away from those alts and would become more popular.

If the price is to become worthless, I would immediately buy as much as I possibly could. Many people, including me, speculate that the price would increase once again if such an event is to happen.

If everyone turns out to be wrong in their speculation and the price doesn’t return to normal after 1-2 years, I would probably invest in some other promising altcoins like Ethereum.

The market cap of bitcoin is much higher and it is not controlled by a single person so it is not possible that the price of bitcoin start to fall and continue to reach the bottom, people have larger investments in there and they do not want to lose their money and for that theu will try to do something, and there are now a large number of businesses with bitcoin they also do not want to see crashing their businesses.

That entirely depends on the situation. If bitcoin drops to $1 then I will prefer to hold it for even longer. Because at that value bitcoin will not be much of use to me.

So I will hold it for another 5 years to see if it can recover. However, I believe bitcoin will never fall to that low. It may come down to $450 but not less.

if bitcoin price will fall to the bottom, of course it will be the end for it! there are so many new coins that keeps on appearing on the market, many people and investors might shift to those coins and let aside bitcoin fall. let's just assume that it will not happen and wish that whatever happens to bitcoin will be profitable for everyone Cheesy

The $1 will not be the bottom. For the short term bottom, the price of the bitcoin is around $500. It might be higher than $600 in the next two months.

However, if bitcoin goes down to $200, then I will still keep my faith on it and try to save more amount of bitcoins like I do today. So my decision will entire depends on the bottom pricing.

Yeah and if everyone starts buying at that price then it will again take price to a higher level which can give us good profits so its better to invest as much as possible.

Yes, I would leave. I have a lot of trust in bitcoin.
So if bitcoin falls, then there is a possibility that other cryptocurrencies may fall as well.

The possibilities are people left BTC for some majority hack/glitch/issue or people have migrated into another crypto-currency and that currency has surpassed all the advantages of BTC over other alt coins. I think before BTC price would touch the bottom, I have already sold all my BTC or maybe just convert it into another crypto-currency. It's not like BTC would go from 600$ into 1$ in one night. It will take time before a coin dies.

buy at bottom and because its more affordable at bottom you have some more to spend so also diversify into other crypto projects that looks promising. I can never let crypto go.

That is what I am going to do too. Holding and purchasing more bitcoin is the only thing to do when bitcoin price crash. I do not believe bitcoin will be overtaken by any active alt coin right now. It is well established and stable. If it crash, there is no other way for the price but up.

I don't think so, I'd probably just watch out for the next cryptocurrency that will float out and probably come back into the game. Also I'd keep some amount of btc just in case.
