in my opinion ETH is the best choice for now, because you can buy some eth before the price hits 10k$ and above, currently the price of eth is stable at 1700 -1800, you can get up to 20 ETH. and maybe more, if the price continue down.

$40k for just one cryptocurrency? in my opinion you can waste some potential altcoins that can reach x10 or more,
with a capital of $ 40k you should be able to invest in 4 altcoins, my advice is Verasity, Litecoin, Firo and REI.

There is no chance they gonna be pumped so much.

I think it is more or less clear with dogecoin - its price cant grow much. Why? Because there is nothing much to develop in that blockchain. I mean what could dogecoins devs add, that will trigger price to make x25? NFTs on dogecoin ? Well, that could make price grow, but that wont be enough to turn $40k into $1kk. And even is something global and unbelievable happens, like dogecoin replacing US dollar, even then it wont make x25. Dogecoin already made a huge price growth and amazed everyone. Now it is hard to repeat that.

because by holding 2 BTC and waiting until the Bitcoin price is Bullish of course $ 40k could be $ 100k even $ 300k,
Bitcoin still has full confidence that Bullish after the halving will become real.

With a capital of $40,000, I honestly do not see any coin on your list besides BTC and eth that can make you a millionaire, let alone billionaire. Correct if I am wrong, but some of the coins you listed have seen their glorious days, and may not do more than what they have done in the past.

Will never risk all my money in single coin and that's my stand for my years here in crypto market, i would rather diversify that single basket investing and also your 40k is more than enough to put a good portfolio.
There are certain point to consider not investing in one coin.
And that is to keep safe your money at least for long term.

I'd bet on #ADA. That is if only really choose the best one. $40,000 is a big number for me. Why didn't you choose to put them in at least 4 cryptocurrencies?
I assume you have invested in ETH and BTC and can't you put the rest in ADA and BNB?
Btw, why didn't you include BNB in your list? I guess that is one of the best options at the moment ?

40 thousand dollars are a lot of money I would not invest them in altcoins only in BTC , BTC are the safest crypto, altcoins are too manipulated and the risk of losing a lot of money is high
