If regulation never comes then it will become harder for the cryptocurrencies to experience adaption because people will still become skeptical to cryptocurrencies because they will not trust it since there is no proper regulation and protection for them. Even though most of the cryptocurrencies are decentralized, it is a requirement for them to get regulated to establish trust for potential users.
regulation cannot fail to enter this market because it is necessary not only for the market to become popular, but also for governments and regulators

If regulation comes to this platform then both positive and negative things could occur, I believe that regulation will bring some good scenarios such as the price instability will be reduced and ICO scamming will also be protected, but it's also considered that this platform still young and it requires more time to renovate this crypto forum, on the other hand, if regulation some of the big fish like big investors will get discouraged to further invest, because we all know about the money in this platform, so regulation could bring both things, but I think it's high time to set up a rules and policies for making this platform more secure and reliable to the whole community and newcomer, Not only that but also small investors will feel safe in order to make their further investment.

If regulation never comes it will be the same as it is now, many might try to scammed us but we should be a more smarter investors and bounty hunters by that time. Newbies needs  to be warned and if they are really serious engaging in bounties as well in investing they will need to take precautionary measures of studying the project since its no longer how it is before 2017 ath. We will eventually learn from experience everything is not as easy and smooth unlike before the only solution is to be smarter and wise each time passing by. Besides, Regulation will bring good and bad sides, it may eliminate scammers but it will also lessen the purpose of decentralized projects and identities exposure.

If regulation never come anytime sooner can we protect ourselves? how can we protect ourselves from crypto monsters hiding in disguise, especially bounty projects coming into crypto space with full force, any ideas ? I know many are going to say we should do better research before promoting projects, is there any strict blows we can give these monsters by ourselves ?

Bounty is part of marketing, if the sale of tokens has not been regulated, I think it is difficult to regulate the bounty. Bounty and token sales are one entity and if the token sale is regulated, I think the bounty will be regulated

No we can't protect ourselves if the activities of developers are not checked soon enough. There are numerous projects out there with nothing yet conducting ICOs, IEOs and IPOs. If these activities are not checked lots of funds will be lost.
If so, how can we survive these days? We were able to survive in times when scam projects increased in the market. To me, we have the power to protect ourselves without regulation. Regulation will fix some things, but it will ruin a lot. And I don't believe it will protect us completely, only on some issues...

I often think about this issue, let’s say the regulation is acceptable, but will it help us bounty participants and investors to protect themselves from fraud from crypto projects. There is reason to believe that even if there is regulation, then they can indicate that investment and participation in crypto projects is highly risky and participation in such projects is only at your own peril and risk, and that those who participate are responsible, that is, we are with you. Perhaps it will remain for us to act according to existing tools, namely a more detailed study of projects and coverage of information about fraudsters on the network. Personally, I see a solution to this problem so far the only way.

Without regulations then will continue with the risks associated with cryptos both as a bounty hunter and investor I always clamor for regulations in some certain aspect of cryptoshere especially in ICOs which had been scamming and defrauding a lot potential investors by collecting their funds and disappearing into thin air, this is absolutely a major obstacle militating the growth of cryptocurrency thus a well regulated crypto market will scrutinized the bad eggs out of the system and enhance confidence and bring credibility into cryptoshphere.

Indeed regulation might never come anytime soon and for the mean time we protect ourselves in any form that we can. To some extents, IEO has tried to bring some normality into the ecosystem but it is presently having no substantial effect. Developers are still at large doing their dirty work and manipulation is never seems to be in extinction. Regulation will do a lot of good but it will never be without its own heavy side effects.

We can not protect ourselves from the impact of large capitals and their manipulation of prices in the market. Moreover, regulation will not stabilize the crypto market, manipulation will continue and ordinary traders will continue to suffer, only the regulator will receive large penalties that will not be paid to the victims.

Andre177 large capitals and manipulation came from regulated society. They are using old tricks to take money from the people
in every possible way. But who cares about them, we need to focus on building decentralized society.
Blockchain is regulated, it has rules, it has benefits. Why we don`t try to follow them and support them, to not ask governments
to add their regulations and ruin everything, like they ruined everything so many times in the past.
We need to support decentralized crypto-currencies, on top with Bitcoin. We need to push Blockchain regulations over
governments regulations.

The best protection is to never invest at all it will save you money and emotional strain since there is no way to monitor if the project is legit or not, at this point of time where the market is not doing good, it's preferable to invest in coins that are already in the market, and just invest in new coins when the market is better, the potential of the coin will only show when it is in market.

Regulations will never come unless they want crypto users to decrease in numbers. But if this really happens, we cannot trust anything but ourselves. There are no party to rely on and thieves cannot be punished for they are still anonymous.

if regulations never come, you can avoid project fraud through detailed research and, most importantly, you may not promote fraudulent projects. yes ... we didn't know that most of the projects looked valid but sometimes ended in fraud. but fraud projects always have weaknesses, and you should be able to find those weaknesses.

It’s pretty simple. If we can’t do any regulation, scam projects would continue to emerge and take advantage of the investors’ hard-earned money. I understand that 2017 is the year of the ICOs, in which Bitcoin, Ethereum and others are reaching their all-time highs.

However, scammers are taking advantage of the trend as well, and its almost out of control. Exit scams are rising back then, which they use those funds to start another project under their anonymous names. It is why I support crypto regulation to minimize scams from various ICOs and other ways of raising token sales.

Expect that when regulation never comes, more and more fraudulent projects will create a lot of victims.

If regulation will never come then we will still have the shortage in demand on the market.
Regulation will make more country accept bitcoin, once this happen we will have mo merchant and local store to accept the coin.
That is the movement we need to have to gain more demand.

In that case, it can also filter out scam projects out of cryptocurrency space, in which many of us is tired of waiting. Actually, for me, regulation will also be a hindrance to implement how good a cryptocurrency is, especially if it possesses some characteristics and capabilities that might threaten the government, it will be hard for a project or crypto to react its desired goal.

There might be a disadvantage on some particular instances, but I don't think that will hinder every opportunities that cryptocurrency is usually involved. If you're just doing it legally which is in line with government's vision towards economic growth, then we have nothing to worry all about.

I always corner every team and project developer through a number of questions, just like those who fool us especially with the sweet promise ..
and conversely as investors we must know how to avoid or make them look like fools. with some important questions that are difficult for them to answer, it's one of the criteria for a garbage project.
That's usually what people should do when trying to expose such a project it'll all revealed when the developers themselves got no idea about the project they are trying to develop in term of technicality and what they know is just spouting some baseless promises which usually too good to be true. Even the developers of a garbage project usually hesitant about answering question making it hard even for the community themselves to ask even the simplest question there is.
However it's undeniable that regulation could also solve that problem with just one step which is releasing the right regulation so there's no need of additional effort.
