Bitcoin 2.0 has to offer something as unique as bitcoin offered to this world, otherwise why will people move on it when there are ethereum, monero, grincoin and others?
His/their name isn't a magic word to turn people blindly. Also that would be a very silly action, created bitcoin and hide identity, them created bitcoin 2.0 and came with identity? What was the reason of revealing it in second moment? It's clear, to use your name and manipulate people to follow you. A little "shock" that will be gone after couple days, that's all.

Short answer: Yes, I will use it.

Satoshi or others, it does not depend on people, but the technology developed.
Most altcoins are shit-copies of BTC so it will not be better than it.

If Satoshi returns with better technology, it will add to BTC "as it will receive quick acceptance" but that does not mean the need to cancel or stop dealing with bitcoin, something like Ubuntu or mint.

I'd agree partly with your opinion but I don't think the analogy Ubuntu vs Mint is the right one. those Linux distros still use the core system of Linux, still use the same system/technologies. It will come up with different things if Linus Torvalds comes up with a brand new kernel.

But let's imagine Satoshis reveals, I'd agree Crytppcourrencies community will be shocked, and I believe they will follow Satoshi news vision.

Satoshi = Worlds only hope at the moment. Literally the only person or team that can stop us from certain destruction.
One podcast with Joe Rogan who wants to speak with him and it is evolution time for our species. He does not even need to show his face or her face, They just need to move a few coins and have a good message. They don`t even need to move the coins to cash out to be tracked. Just show the people they are there.

As time goes on, I feel like something unfortunate may have happened to that team. I am here willing to take the shots for them. Use my computer if you want satoshi and me as the decoy, I will kick that hornets nest in the face for you I will not run away either as they sting me I will laugh in their face, I know I can only do what I am going to do, I do not fear death.

We only know of bitcoin the one created by Satoshi Nakamoto, and BitcoinSatoshi(BSV) is nothing but controversy. It's just another shit coin like BitcoinCash. Make it simple, if satoshi proved ownership and upgrade bitcoin version 2 then will it use it? My short answer is yes. Even you don't want to use but you will not able to use current version if really happen an upgrade by satoshi. I will not believe satoshi will create any other new coin instead of upgrade bitcoin chain. Whoever called satoshi themselves and creating new coin they are all faketoshi in my opinions. So don't be confused.

Yes I agree but, well sometimes you need to redo the infrastructure to recreate a better version of something. Take the Half life 1 engine to the half life 2 engine as a example. Sometimes it is better to knock a building down and rebuild it rather than just repair it to remake a new building. Sure you are reusing your blueprints as a stepping stone for the new build, but you are using new materials to rebuild it.

so that would be enough for you? If I moved coins out of this address 1A1zP1eP5QGefi2DMPTfTL5SLmv7DivfNa you would trust that I am satoshi? (not saying I him just using a hypothetical situation)
What if someone found satoshi and tortured him for his keys? if someone is driving satoshi`s car, does that make them satoshi?

perhaps we should see 2-3 of the starting addresses move coins, would the re ensure you? and a post from the satoshi bitcoin talk forum account?

Your right, someone could gain access to those keys but they aren't Satoshi.  A lot of speculation about Dave being Satoshi and since he is dead someone may be able to find those keys someday.

I believe there's a small faction in the community that has accepted that "Satoshi" has ALREADY come out with "Bitcoin 2.0". They call it,

Bitcoin Cash SV, Satoshi's Vision.

But deep inside they know it's stupid. Cool

I mean how did they confirm Satoshi created it? because of the name like wtf?

If Satoshi came out with Bitcoin2.0 would you use it over Bitcoin current client, if he advised you to and let you exchange your current btc into it? let`s say he used his keys to 100% prove it is the real person or team.

I highly doubt Satoshi would do any such stupid things, provided we are considering real satoshi here! Otherwise it will just end up being similar to BSV, which obviously we don't want! So I would probably stay with the original bitcoin but will keep the door open for rethinking looking at the community. I alone would not take the decision! So it depends!

Why would it be stupid, to see new and better features to bitcoin?
making the network faster?
making the wallet more responsive?
making the wallet size smaller?

do you still use windows 95 or me or 2000 or ms dos? or do you use the new windows that actually gets updates?

I believe even if he or she proves his identity as Satoshi, most people still would not prefer the new coin over Bitcoin. I think it is about adoption but it may reach #2 in the market if satoshi is really serious about that  Cheesy

yah the poll says otherwise

Why will he, when he knows there is no need for it.

People have already developed Bitcoin 2.0, 3.0 and etc in the name of Satoshi and gave them different names, you know the fate of all of them  Grin

For me there is one Bitcoin and I am happy with it.

let`s say he created away to completely stop 51% attacks he added voting where each address that is verified could anyone get 1 vote something to stop spam and viewbots and fake voting numbers
he made a way to make the chain much smaller (it will be like bigger then my 500gb hard drive soon)
he made a "side chain" that redistributes tax to unique wallets which creates universal basic income
instead of waiting 10 minutes for a transaction you only have to wait 1 millisecond
etc etc he just made it better.
or stuff along those lines.

I mean you all run the bought windows right? how many are still on windows 95? or me? or running ms dos?
I mean you could still run them if you want but they are not supported only the new edition of windows gets new anti virus protection and has updates pushed to it

If Satoshi would release another coin, I'm sure that it would be another potential coint that could bloom and reach a good value but that's too impossible for now. I guess Satoshi wouldn't show up with his identity just to launch another coin.
People would prefer to focus and choose bitcoon because it has earned their trust.

satoshi isn't showing back up.

The person satoshi sends his coins to, would get a hold of wlad in private about one thing, and one thing only, and then have nothing at all to do with crypto, or trying to pull bitcoin out of beta, as it is not that guy's assignment.

Almost every problem that BTC network is facing may be handled without making any shitty forks. That's just the same situation as it was with LN: community facet the problem of high fees and slow transaction, then LN was announced but before it was released many people decided to use the moment for their own benefir and made some BTC forks claiming that this is the currency of future. And that's how it works with any kind of problems with Bitcoin network.

I will carefully examine the feature of this so-called Bitcoin 2.0. To be fair, I am using Bitcoin not just because of Satoshi, but about its functionality and usefulness for this world.
Conversely, I will use Bitcoin 2.0 invented by a random guy if I see it is superior to BTC. However, I doubt it Smiley
