That is a low amount to be honest, but you can invest in coins lower than $1 value, and work from there. Perhaps look at Stellar Lumens and work on that coin because thats quite a good coin.
Try altcoin trading so you can turn that money in to thousand dollar in a few month but learn first about technical and fundamental analysis. Altcoin trading really promising high profit, we can see the price of some coin going up to 10 times just amonth. And if we are really focus on it we will gain big return here.
Would go with Stratis right now, then swing over to something else in 1-2 weeks with that small amount. Stratis is about to release its ICO platform as well as the first ICOs on it (~10 days). Accumulation has begun and STRAT will break out and increase quite a bit soon.

I would invest in ethereum because it is going to moon. We all know that!
the amount is very small to actually start gertting some real profits out of it. However if you manage to get any coinduring its ICO, hoping that its price would raise.. you get lucky and you make an easy win

In my opinion it is good for you to invest it on buying token in the ico project which. Just be cautious in choosing on which among of them, because once the ico become successful your capital investment usually happen multiply to x3 and up.
I will invest in long term invesment, for example investing in Bitcoin and forget about it till future that it will yield great profit or altcoins which is ranked at the top and invest.
In my opinion 50$ is good investment in EOS,ETC,NEO,Iota,Ada.For sure it is very small amount but still-maybe in 1 year it will more than 1K$,and much better is take part in bounty and get new knowledge,start to trade and make more and more money,50$ 5 years ago could make some people milliners)))))
In my opinion syscoin. Now cost 0,6 dollar and can grow over 1 dollars. So if you invest in it all you can get good profit with this low investment

in my opinion buy some cheap altcoins, such as shield xsh, Neo, Wabi or deep onion.
If it was in an exchange already I would go for something newly listed. Probably split $10 between very risky trads and daytrade. If on the other hand, it wasn't on an exchange then you might probably have a problem because of the fees.
I would put 50 into dgb and lbry I think those two will do well in the next 6 months and are likely to make profit.
If I was going to invest $50 , id go for ETH, IOTA, Ripple and maybe some other cheap coin. Diversification is the key to success when investing.
