The main reason why I throw away coins is because of my economic urgency and I use this every time I need money. or at least make up for my efforts during promoting a project by selling it after getting the token at the end of the project.
The thing you are doing is not wrong because it is your full right to the coins you have, especially if the disposal does not burden you personally and can even help your efforts in life, I personally really salute you.

So what is or are your reason why you are dumping your coin?

LOL, no offense but why are you taking part in certain campaigns, if you don't believe in the project at first place? Doesn't make much sense to me. DYOR before you invest time or money. Everything else just doesn't make sense.

Good luck  Cool.

The reason I sold my tokens or coins must be because I needed money or wanted to replace them with other tokens. When the price started to make a profit, I started selling it and replaced it with other coins or tokens that looked potential. There are several different types of coins I currently plan to hold over the long term

I also believe that if your investments have risen in price and increased in value
then it makes sense to sell them and make a profit
previously
I waited too often for additional growth and in the end was left with nothing
because the coins became cheaper in price.

The reason why i still dumping my coins or my rewards is because in my opinion the price can be higher in the market next time. I wait until the right time to exchange it into money, so i can get higher money too.

My personal I will dump the coin I got from bounty right away since I learned a hard reason that never spends too much affection for a single bounty no matter how good the profit it brings back.
Almost on average, bounty participants do not have much affection for the project they are participating in, because they only spend their time on projects, not spending money like investors do, so it would be very natural that the average bounty participants throw away their coins which they get from the bounty.

Crypto market is the most unpredictable platform. So my suggestion to you is before holding your crypto coin please try to understand their motto and future plan whether they are serious about their project or not. So you can sell your 75% and hold only 25% of crypto. That will be a good plan.
Sometimes future plan is as good as nothing if the people behind the project doesn't even follow that plan or these roadmaps/future plan is just there for decoration purpose.
Crypto market is indeed unpredictable and efven if you trying to understand their motto and plan it's still unpredictable because these two thing you mentioned aren't actually relevant.
If you want more relevant factor to decide whether a projet worth holding or not try to see their progess, partnership, product and so on.

My advice to you is to sell any coin or token you get from bounties as soon as possible, never hold them a long time only 1/10 of them would survive after a long time the rest would crash cause they can't compete or the team is not interested to improve it , or many other reasons.
Are you sure about that because I have wanted to hold DIA tokens for a long time? DIA is one of the top DeFi projects, what is your opinion? Before DIA, Cartesi was my favorite. I earned both tokens by bounty but I'm interested in holding these tokens because both are Binance listed. You could be right for the last 1.5 years but now holding could be the right choice. Next year we could see another bullrun.

Dont listed to him and have your own opinion. His post can be based on his own bounty experience, while your can be opposite. It is true that most of bounty rewards better be sold as soon as project gets listed. But, this should be done with rewards from dead, slow developing, scam and projects you dont believe in.

Two projects you've mentioned are marvelous. Both of them are actively developing and follow all the milestones from roadmap. Hope you made some decent research before joining these two bounties and now you have strong arguments to hold them.

I’m not a strong holder but I only dump my coins for a reasonable price, most especially if its newly launched on exchanges while the hype is still there. I used to join a lot of bounty before but now I’m only picking projects with potential or maybe a few, because we all know its a waste time if we joined a lot and longer campaigns but later on the rewards is only worth a penny and it’s so frustrating.
well, being realistic, I do the same. however, I will also dump the coins I hold when the price is what I think. To be honest, I did that when I had held the coin for a long time. besides that, so far I am still trying to hold my coins and wait for the next pump. if the price is good enough, I'll probably sell the coins I own.

I don't dump all my coins in the same time, I wait a good pump of it or I evaluate a good opportunity to buy other coins. I have to hold for a lot of time the same coin and I usually invest only in strong projects or in daily trading coins for make some gains

Ecnalubma I think most of us are doing the same thing with new coins and tokens we earn trough different bounties. I sell them
for Bitcoin or Ethereum mostly, but sometimes I exchange them for some other coin I would like to have more. It's normal I think,
each of us has portfolio with desired coins and tokens, and we are free to believe in the choices we make!

I really don't dump my old coins and shit coins. I collect them and just make them part of my collection. The only time I dump my investments and bounty rewards is when it is at their peak and so far most of what I sold before made me a profit. If you deem that there is no hope for the coin or token and that the price is too low for your liking then just make that coin part of your collection. You will never know when the coin will make its way to the top again.

And why do you need this collection? Are you seriously hoping that some of the coins will soon rise in value?
I don’t sell my shitty coins or send them to wallet zero just because I don’t feel like paying a commission. Especially now when commissions have risen so much in price.

We can't wait for the price increase for many reasons why, in that case more speculation that this kind of matter we're gone wrong, it end up in dumping our coins. We still hoping for more positively output.
I believe that, first of all, the further actions of the owner of the cryptocurrency will depend on his plans for the future. If his assets are held for the long term, then there is no need to worry. And if investments are short-term, then you need to learn how to maneuver between the fall and rise in prices in the cryptocurrency market, which fluctuate at least once a month or two months.

There is still good reason hodling some token for now, no matter how little it is.
Although altcoin are on down side in price now, waiting for the bull run to happen. Nobody knows how long it will take but there's still hope.
Just keep hodl the token's you have cos nobody knows the actual token that the bull season will affect

Yes it has still a good reason to hodl some token for now even if we are facing a current pandemic today. Well its a crypto currency, a digital currency and we can't tell when will this crypto currency will be back in peak curve like before. As we can see people nowadays will prefer dealing their daily transactions via online so who would've thought that maybe someday the token you are hodling today can be used as a means of payment tommorow. So better to save in your account just a small amount of token than being sorry.

I'm usually a holder I still coins and tokens I've got from Bounty campaign just like the two of the just recent projects I've participated in I'm still holding both of them but there are instances in the past that I dump my coins/tokens  because
The coin is not progressing and I want to buy coins that has more potential.

So what is or are your reason why you are dumping your coin?

We have the same thing I also have a lot of altcoins that came from bounties that I'm holding and in the past years maybe i think that i dont really need the money so holding the token is a good move because it might increase its market price in the future. But they're where only a small percentage of altcoins that came from bounty that actually give a good profit when you hold it.  For me selling your bounty reward is not a bad thing at all but maybe for great projects that have great potential it might be worth it to try.

depending on the project you are following, if you have a vision and development that will continue in the future, then you don't need to rush to sell it.
but choosing a good project is also difficult rather than holding all your coins that you follow from various projects I think selling them is also a wise choice.

What are you doing the same as what I have been doing so far, because from the first time I got to know crypto and participated in the bounty airdrop I have changed my wallet several times and this is due to the large amount of junk coins I got from the bounty project, but even, so I will not throw away the coin coins the trash for free and maybe now keeping it is a good step than I have to throw it away for free, anyways we don't know what the future of cryptocurrency will be happen,
So, it is possible that later the trash coin will be had value even at a cheap price.
