The talk about trash coins, of course we as bounty and airdrop participants must have a lot of junk coins that have no price at all in the market, likewise I may have almost 100 junk coins in my wallet but I personally have never tried to throw away these coins and maybe one day later the coin will be able to have value, discard or not, of course, this will not be a problem because the maybe some coins will have a market later so, it is possible for us to get a little money from the trash coins.

At the very beginning, I left the coins and thought that it would be profitable in the future, but as it turned out, it was best to sell them at the very beginning. All coins fell to the bottom and I lost profit from the first coins.

If one is not confident or now that some coins are only for short terms and does not have any future and may not last for long term then it is better to sell out those coins as quickly else it may get delisted or will be worthless and thus what value one can get at early stage should take it rather than waiting till end when it becomes zero.

I'm usually a holder I still coins and tokens I've got from Bounty campaign just like the two of the just recent projects I've participated in I'm still holding both of them but there are instances in the past that I dump my coins/tokens  because
The coin is not progressing and I want to buy coins that has more potential.
So what is or are your reason why you are dumping your coin?
I personally have decided not to touch them.
Its not like I'm collecting everything I put my hands on blindfolded, more of a believing in my past choices.
And I've noticed that if you're good at waiting - you're most probably better at investing than most of other players at the market

I am so unlucky with the tokens what I have sold, but also with the tokens that I decided to hold. For example, I sold Countinghouse tokens for about 0.3 BTC that I have earned in the signature campaign, when I realized that few months ago I was able to sell them for 6BTC, I decided to hold every token. And you know what? Since this, never token brought me a higher profit than selling it when I received it.  Roll Eyes

There is no other reason to throw a alt coin besides we can sell it even though it is at a very cheap price, but of course we have to make a sure if indeed the coin we throw away really doesn't develop at all, so in the end we don't regret it if the coin we throw away suddenly has price or value in the market, I think we have to be selective in choosing which alt coins we will make as an investment asset in the future because if not, of course we will only find alt coins that have no future at all.

I'm dumping my coins because they the price immediately falls down. If I'm believe in the project, I can then buy them cheaper.
That's something that has often been done by all traders in crypto, especially if you can be sure to be able to buy it at a cheaper price, you will automatically benefit from the sales you make.

I am holding even most of the bounty campaigns coins because i believe to support each project for longterm and i confess that some such coins are not even listed and some have been de-listed with no value at all so it is your own choice.

There are coins worth dumping and there are coins that worth holding this is the reality of the market some coins cannot keep up developing their project and abandon it like your reason it's better to dump and buy other coins worth including to your portfolio than late in dumping it.

This is a valid response there. If the project team just distribute a coin to bounty hunters and they are not doing any further progress, why then do someone prefer to hodl that coin? Or expecting a surprise to happen? Nope, no such thing.
Project team have to fight to gain the confidence of hodlers before you see more buyers and volume, trade grows .

as blockchain system is available with the token (from bounty) the use gives of different option as holder to work on customs as following the running progressive as applying use of strategy as qualifying market on short or extensive.
decision of dumping comes as relative on difference gives the better as token sold with less price and then to put on different business of the returns with the exchange.

Not to be too overly simplistic but you dump your coin for a couple different reasons:

-You need to cash out into fiat
-You think the coin and/or market is going down
-You feel there is another coin with a greater chance of financial gain.

the main reason I sold my coins was because I wasn't sure about the project and it probably won't last long, which is why I didn't hold it.
However, from several projects that I have promoted, some have not even released the market until now, even though Ieo's fundraising has been achieved, I don't know the exact reason if it is released on the coin market like the project I will immediately sell.

The reason I throw away coins is that I need money for other purposes and think the coins I hold are not progressing in the future.
That's right, a coin with no users, no updated source code is just trash. The past has seen many such cryptocurrencies, and history has removed them from their exchange.
You are right to act. We invest in the future but our cryptocurrencies are substandard, so we should put them aside.
it's like investing in the wrong project. Sometimes we see a project that looks good and we are interested in investing but it doesn't pay off for a long time. some new projects are only suitable for a short period. it gave me to experience not to invest in new coins in the market in the long run.

Im dumping my coins because theres no movement with that coin some of them i got from bounty campaign so im no problem to sell it
And always theres no future with that coin, the price suddenly falls down beyond my expected
Im prefer to sell it when it still have a value or price so i can buy other coin to trading it or save it until the target price achieved
That more safer then i holding it till theres no price to that coin

It depends though, sometimes I just want to dump the coins that I've been hodling for a time to cut loss, or just that I've seen enough profits that's why I want to make an exit point. Sometimes that I see no point in hodling a certain coins for a long time due to their slow development. When there's sign of correction as well. Everyone has their own reasons though.
yes, it really depends on the circumstances. many conditions that make us sell assets or coins that we have, such as cut lose or other things. Most of the time, people dump their coins because the development of them is not what they think.

It's very important to keep your supporters being updated every time.

Once the team failed to bring the expectations of their communities expect that dump will happen.
It's advisable to keep the community aware to any movements that the team's planing to the development
of the project to have a better relationship and build a much stronger support.

I only dumped my coin if I feel that the project has no future, their developer team hasn't updated anything for a long time, doesn't have many active members in their social channel.
Getting coins that are dead or have no selling value in the market is a risk for bounty hunters, because most new projects always end in disappointment. I have felt the same disappointment, every coin I get from the project always ends in disappointment, and I was forced to throw it away., because there is nothing I can expect from the coins that have been left by the development team.

People have their own reason about why they sold their coin. Personally, i will sell my coin if the price of my coin fall more than 30% from buying price. This is to cut the loss so i can buy other coins with better project. But if you can afford to hold it for looong time, there is no reason for selling just because the price fall. If the project is good, then holding is the best if you can.
