I don't usually dump coin whether I have received it from bounty or Airdrop or from other sources. At first i check about the project and if I think project is good then I try to hold their coin more than 70%.And if project has no such potential and if the price is favourable to me then without any words I dump the token or coin.

Recently I have received a reward from centric cash and its price was good but I didn't sell because I think this project has potential so I have invested a bit in this project instead of selling. So my word is that if project has x factor then holding is good or if the prioject is not that good then dumping is not a bad thing. You have worked hard to earn this coin so if you are taking profit then its fine.

If i will purchase a coin then i want holding till profits and i never sold my holding coin of Loss. For hunter i will sold those coin if there hasn't development activity. After sold then i will purchase top currency, o yes this my planing. For a unless coin i will never consider for long time hold.
A very good plan, hopefully your plan can be realized well, because in the past there were also many people whose plans did not go smoothly, because sticking to coins to not lose was only done by people who had a high level of patience.
I think the earlier the better, any coin without price increase this year and better exchange listing should be drop at whatever amount before it gets late. The community is playing a big part in most of the projects and big volume exchange. We have not being a good pump in older projects. The new projects from bear market and the DEFI will lead the drive, though the value at the moment is still low to DAO in 2016 which serve the same purpose then

I'm usually a holder I still coins and tokens I've got from Bounty campaign just like the two of the just recent projects I've participated in I'm still holding both of them but there are instances in the past that I dump my coins/tokens  because
The coin is not progressing and I want to buy coins that has more potential.

So what is or are your reason why you are dumping your coin?
Well its better to have atleast something done nothing at all that is my principle. If I know that the coins/tokens that I am holding is not that much progressive then I would sell them and buy a more profitable coins/tokens that I know will be beneficial for me.

Well, if you think the project is not progressing at all, then selling the coins is the best thing to do because it could going even lower than current price.
Projects from the past are mostly bad, not enough investors put their money on the project.
Now the DeFi hype around crypto, we can search for good coins/tokens to buy or participate on their bounty project.

You can hold some coins and they keep losing value, if you keep trying to hold the coin might never recover again, some times it's better to take your loss and reinvest in other coins instead to get your money back probably

Totally correct... I hold coins to a point and sell off to buy other good coins, this also depends on the success rate of the project. Some team, just feel they have made enough and just abandon a project to the fate of holders and investors. In such cases, its best to dump for a better project and make profit.

This is what I think and do! People usually invest in a project with the expectation that the project has a huge potential to pump. However, after some period of time, they may realize that the project can't pump and even dump, they'll sell the tokens. That's what investors do and it's a common behavior in the business. We sell anything that doesn't have the potential to get back the money!
That's right, investors who dump when they get tokens they bought during the sale. But strangely, the one who often blamed when the Dump occurs is the Bounty hunter  Cheesy I personally still have a lot of shitcoin that I hold in my wallet, and I don't know where I can sell it.

I would gladly agree on what you said, having a coins/token that is showing no progess is such a waste so instead putting it into your wallet and wait for so long without any assurance if this coin will goes up better sell it and invest to a better and more profitable altcoins.

The coins that I get from the bounty results should not be thrown away, because I got them from the free method,
but when the price of bitcoin rises, usually coins or tokens that are no longer valued will rise again and provide benefits for those of us who always keep them,
but if the coin is worthless, I always keep it in the cupboard and make it a keepsake from a project I participate in Grin Grin Grin

True, it'll be better if you dumped your coin and buy other coins that have potential. i did that too. if i see my coins that i've hold for some time don't have any progress or the team were abandoned the project and no future announcement, i definitely will dumped it.
Sure, don't try to hold altcoins from bounty. In the long run they will inevitably fail and prices will fall many times. It's better to sell them as soon as possible and use that money to invest in other better projects in this market.
we must courage take decision , no matter if from bounty reward we get few money but if immediately convert to potential coins i am sure we will gain profit from it. i do it several times and finnaly profit from this conversion could recover my bounty reward value in "spreadsheet".

I am doing a couple of investments right now which forces me to trade with a medium sum of money that's why i insist to dump some of my holdings to own shares in other potential tokens and coins just like you stated. Other than that, once i notice a wrong behaviour or some big mistakes from the development team that comes against my expectations, i just dump and move on. That is crypto, you buy and you sell. I am holding only what makes me believe in.

if you have more promising options to make money, it will be very smart to fix the losses, but if you don’t know what you will do with this money, then it is better to keep holding.

I think most of the people here have the same reasons why dumping, because it costs money or because the token doesn't have much progress (it has a small volume and doesn't have any updates)
When people are seeing the project didn't have a lot of potentials and then they will be dumping their tokens to the market. Their decision will be affected by the progress that has already made by the team and how good the product that has already released.
I would agree with you @CuriousGeorge and for me, I will also dump it if ever I saw the coin that has no potential in the future like it can't be useful to all users who have it. It's better to sell it before it loses its value in the market. However, if you a have coin that has potential and the team behind keeps on doing their best to make great development in the coin it's better to hold it than to dump it.

Probably, the immediate selling of coins of bounty hunters is also caused by the dump in the market and we all know this really affects the progress of the project. And we should always look for the bounty project who has the potential so we will not waste our time and efforts. Then, just keep on holding your coins if you see it can have great in the future.

if your going to buy you will buy btc and five star coins only so its okay for you to say that you will hodl them . five star coins are like normal coins they do fall but only they can return effortlesly . you think you can do same hodling style for normal coins ? i believe no . youl soon find yourself nervous and sell  .

for a hunter , how can they trade the coin if its no development ? no development means that it may not be listed
Absolutely you are right no development means, no volume, no exchange, no profits products for investors. Of course i will purchase top currency like btc, eth, link, ada, atom etc. Really for a good activity project we can consider long time hold at least it's our goal.

I would like to agree to one of your proposition regarding dumping your holding because it not progressing at all. I would rather dump and buy new coins/tokens which I think is more profitable rather than holding it even I know there is no potential to give me more earning.
