alcohol addiction are linked to severe negative effects on both physical and mental health

Yes. That is why we need to differentiate between alcohol consumption from alcohol addiction. First of all, we need to concentrate on the most vulnerable groups, such as the teenagers from broken families. Those who start consuming alcohol at a very early age are likely to become addicted to it once they grow up. Awareness campaigns and rehabilitation can prevent this.

Good point. Most people who drink excessively are those in the younger generations having issues with family or social life. It's the responsibilty of parents to address this by talking and building a healthy relationship with their kids. It can be avoided if parents are sensitive about their children

alcohol causes Inflammatory damage such as liver organ to break down and remove harmful substances from your body. Long-term alcohol use interferes with this process. It also increases your risk for chronic liver inflammation and liver disease. The scarring caused by this inflammation is known as cirrhosis

We all know that alcohol has it's uses. Drinking alcohol sometimes may cause you headache, can cause brain damage. But in some cases drinking alcohol may help people to forget and relieve the pain inside them even in a short period of time. Often times alcohol can be your friend when nobody was. But it depends on the situation. If you can let alcohol control your life its up to.Just drink moderately.

You are right, definitely drinking alcohol may depends on the situation, sometimes drinking alcohol can help us to lessen the burden that we experienced but for every person that drink it with no limitiations can cause some health problems. It is true, just drink moderately to avoid some health problems.

To me, Alcohol is bad to human health. The impact might not be immediate but it has a little side effect to your liver and kidney each time you take some volume of alcohol. why dont you eat more of fruits and take more of fruit juice. They will do your body a lot of good.
