I am 100% sure that if Bitcoin dies at some point of time, then it will be due to a fault with Bitcoin itself. Government action can never kill Bitcoin because in order to do that you need to shut down the internet.

Bitcoins may die if people will stop patronizing it aside from that if security of this wallet may be at risk, people who have it may pull their money out..

may be there 2 ways that may happen that can threaten bitcoin life : the disconection of all internet on the planet, but this can hardly happen unless our earth be hit by catastrophe, the second reason is in the future when bitcoin has too many disadvantages then investors have to find some altccoins that can replace bitcoin, from that bitcoin will die slowly.

I think the bitcoin industry will die if there will be no internet connection or any access that can connect to the internert because if we don have any internet there will be surely no transactions.

Yes i agree. Without internet connection, no more transactions. So bo more digital coins or bitcoin will be function.

Turn the internet off, That will definitely stop all the transaction of Bitcoin and any other cryptocurrency. Since the Bitcoin solely relies on the internet. The government can't stop the spread of Bitcoin they could regulate some laws in regards the transactions but to totally ban it? They don't have that power to do so.

It's not possible for bitcoin to die but let's suppose how it might happen.
-If the miners somehow stop mining.
-If someone hacks into the bitcoin network.
There are many others ways but these are enough for this topic

First, Why will the miners stop mining? If they are generating money from it.
Second, How can a hacker hack into the network if no one knows who and where the main source of Bitcoin?

If all the governments in different  nations banned it and if the maker will dont allow bitcoin to grow that more, because bitcoin cannot be destroyed by the other known and popular currencies, it is very hard for them to reach the status level of bitcoin, now what is the currency that reaches the level of bitcoin? None, no crypto that reach the status of bitcoin, even ETH doesn't. So their is no reason that btc can be stopped aside from banning it.

I think Bitcoin will dead if every country decides to ban Bitcoin permanently. Then, there will be no more people using Bitcoin because they might be arrested in this condition. And bitcoin can also be dead if there are a new cryptocurrency which is more profitable, more advance and can fix most of the bug of bitcoin. In the future, there will be more cryptos qualifying these facors.

Are you sure?? But i think your opinion are correct!

How and why would the end of bitcoin (and any other cryptocurrency) occur? Value decrease? Legality issues? Different technology/ideas to supersede it?

Bro, your answer makes no sense.

First you say it is not possible for Bitcoin to die.

Then you say "let's suppose how it might happen".
Right on the spot mate. It really is sound confusing in the sense that you agree that Bitcoin would not die because of some reasons and then at the end you will say, that let's think how it might happen? But then again if you would read it as understandable as you could be it goes something like this:

"It is not possible for bitcoin to die, but let's think how it might suppose to happen."

Something like that, I guess.
Well i think he means bitcoin can die but he just not want us to feel bad that is why he is telling it that way and also i personally think that bitcoin can die if everyone started earning bitcoin instead of working this way the government will try their best to shut bitcoin down.
Yes but even if the government wants to shut down bitcoin or even ban it from the country do you think the users of bitcoin will actually let that happen there will be protests against the government and no government wants that to happen.

when there is no internet in this world. as long as people are connected on the internet bitcoin will always live. it will be difficult to remove the presence of bitcoin for now.

The thing is bitcoins price are increasing because people are still using and buying bitcoins and that is the only thing that bitcoins are still alive. So we the people who are using bitcoins are keeping bitcoins alive and with that we are also the people who can end it if none of us will use it anymore because it works like a supply and demand thing in the market just like any other products. The value increases as long as people are still using it. And when the bitcoins are not going to be used anymore that is the time it will entirely fall like falls to zero trust me.

In my opinion, bitcoin will die if there will be no demand’s at all. The other things are embargoing of bitcoin by many countries. Loss of internet, but that is not even possible at all. Some other coins will conquer bitcoin’s popularity and power. The last is bitcoins limitation, we all know that bitcoin is only limited at 21 million or exactly 20,999,999.9769 bitcoin.

When Bitcoin code is breached, computing power drastically declines, and the global Internet is unsafe, bitcoin may actually die at that time.

I think when government ban for using it Because their own business and the rest of the most important thing to the currency can stop and the reason of that bitcoin of course but that's only my speculation for the situation that would end bitcoin.

Maybe one of the greatest reason on how and why bitcoin would end is when its demand gets low. Value decrease, legality issues, and different technology/ideas to supersede it, is maybe just factors on how and why users stop using bitcoin and end this kind of cryptocurrency.

I think the coins that replace bitcoin will eventually come into existence. Could it be ETH?
But it's impossible to say that virtual money disappears. Now there are more and more people who recognize and use virtual coins.

The key strength of bitcoin is user, as long as the user is still loyal to bitcoin then anything will not matter, bitcoin will die if user goes and leave bitcoin, but I'm sure it will not happen in the near future.

The reasons why bitcoin can die are many. Now its main drawback, which can lead to unpredictable consequences, is its slowness. The bandwidth of bitcoin is extremely low, more than half a million hung transactions. If the bitcoin command does not eliminate this huge shortcoming in the near future, users can give preference to bitcoin in cash, which is deprived of this shortcoming.
