Where I live there is no such person or age restriction. Here everyone is open and there is no restriction. Generally, young people find themselves engaged into gambling than the elderly people. Most young people are naive and curious to make money via gambling. And elderly people don't follow celebrities as young people do. In a nutshell, young people have the most number of gamblers.
