So Yifu can log in, but can't interact, answer questions, etc. Yeah, that reinforces his story.  Roll Eyes

Basically, everyone who has had to deal with Yifu is thinking this:

Yifuuuuuu, come out and plaaaaayyaaaaaaayyyy....

He is a crook - plain and simple.  No businessman treats his customers like dirt.  Who would this little clown be without
the trust of hundreds of bitcoiners.  And this is how he repays them.  YIFU - YEAH I FU**** U ALL AND GOT RICH OFF OF
A BUNCH OF HONEST SUCKERS.

Yifu is not entirely a crook, however his customer service and delivery of product is horrible.  I have to accept my batch #3 will take at least 3-9 months to make ROI in Cash; overclocked.  ROI in BTC maybe 1-2 years.

Let alone the issue of my trade-ins, I am out $1600+$200 to ship express + 3.5 BTC as well.  As it stands on the Outstanding trade-in issues... I got screwed over pretty bad.

Partial crook, whole crook; what's the difference?

If someone selling you a car withheld parts or information so that the price you paid was not what the car was worth, would you consider them a crook/criminal?
It's not "horrible customer service", it's criminal activity. Same with BFL. Just because it's new technology doesn't excuse the behavior. Does Samsung or Apple refuse to communicate, or provide status updates on orders, or claim delays with no documentation to substantiate them?
Just cause we use bitcoin, doesn't mean there are new "rules" for business practices. Oh wait, yes there are; too many people seem content to chalk it up to using bitcoin for payment. "Oh well, there's nothing I can do."  Roll Eyes

Just as an FYI for anyone looking into legal solutions:
Quote
Later courts have reinforced the binding quality of terms of sale incorporated by clickwrap agreements. In Appliance Zone, LLC v. Nextag, Inc., an online merchant using an online registration process selected a box stating "I accept the Nextag Terms of Service" by clicking that box on the web page next to a hypertext link to the terms. 2009 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 120049 (S.D. Ind., 2009). The court held that a choice of venue clause within the terms of service were binding on the merchant, whether or not the terms were even viewed by the merchant. The lesson from clickwrap agreements is that simply clicking on a button indicating assent, which courts treat as a written signature, will be enough to bind a customer to web-based terms, so long as those terms meet the standard for incorporation by reference.
The Avalon chip order page has such a "clickwrap".

that actually is good for those seeking legal action.   Read the terms you agreed to (and Avalon agreed to).   Just an FYI, in the USA, when a contract is written by ONE party and there is any ambiguity the benefit of any doubt is given to the NON writing party.

Prediction on the next delay excuse:

Note, I'm not making light of this, this is terrible for the family of the crew.
you should delete that man, thats a little tacky and we all know very highly unlikely....and yes terrible for the crew and family, but point well taken on the excuse front.....

Yes, have to agree that's uncalled for, and I very much doubt anyone would scrape the barrel that low to use it as an excuse.

Not to mention from a cold/logical standpoint, that if a shipment was lost in some kind of horrific tragedy, there would be no issues with presenting a tracking number confirming it, as there would be no redirection potential. But this Yifu... we kidding ourselves believing we are going to get anything.

If we are really really lucky... we may get some excuses.

Yufi,

Triple B Mining a listed security on a exchange would like to know why our order is on hold and has been from the start?

Why none of our tickets regarding this matter have been looked into? I've been nice and all the way up to down right angry. The tickets I've written reflect this. I've even threatened legal action in my panic, which was stupid and immature... But warranted after nothing and nothing and nothing. We are just trying to run a BTC enterprise quietly and peacefully. We actually like your machines...sturdy, up-gradeable but since our batch #2 was a used 2nd hand machine when it arrived and our Batch#3 has never processed or been delivered or refunded we are led to believe you are dishonest...

I don't believe you are... Please contact me asap.
Our company although small is growing fast and by your lack of response we probably won't be using your services again now. This is a shame.

Loufie Churchill

Triple B Mining
He logs on regularly but no posts since 4 minutes after the announcement ... you guess Tongue

a friend of mine just told me on the phone, that he has seen yifu the other day in NY. He was trying to ask him but some bulldozer guys took care of him, he went to hospital...

is this yifu's way of telling his customers "HAHA SCREWD!" ?

If true someone broke the law.
not sure how paranoid he has gotten ...
