I'm asking out of curiosity, are you guys experiencing a surge of gambling ads on youtube videos lately? this past week I've experienced an increased encounter of gambling ads on videos I watch on youtube. it's not that it bothers me, I am just surprised because I don't remember getting this many gambling ads on youtube videos in the past, but this past week, I usually get a gambling ad from 2-3 out of 5 videos I watch(it's just an estimation because of how often I get the ads). I don't know if it is because I recently watched several videos of streamers gambling or it's just a coincidence, I've watched streamers gambling videos in the past but I have never gotten this many gambling ads.
YouTube is now very important and popular platform for online gambling ads. Now a days ads view is most mandatory subject for YouTube. And when we see even a local video we have to gambling ads mandatory. Gambling site is now very popular in our country.
Even when we are seeing national and international new on YouTube then also we have to see gambling ads.

For this reson gambling site being popular day by day. YouTubers also creating gambling video and they promoting gambling ads. From gambling video and gambling ads YouTubers earning huge money. So gradually increasing YouTube gambling ads and it will continue increase i think.
Advertisers see an opportunity to promote their casino in that platform since Youtube is not so strict compare to other platform which is limiting the gambling site advertisements. But for sure once many abuse about this and promote gambling unethically Youtube will stop all or put some limits to those gambling sites. But since this is not happening yet maybe we should educate our young kids about what they are seeing online especially on those gambling site matters.

Yeah, being responsible is important especially for the young generations there are many ads and personally we experienced those and if we are sharing our devices with our kids chances that they will see those recommendations/ads with their visits is possible, let them know the bad after effect and make sure not to give them an idea that it can be easy access to them.

Gambling site business is to continuing to grow and with the help of social media platforms they are gaining more traffics and interest.

honestly some ads could be as weird as launching you into their content without even waiting for you to click on them, thry usually comes along while you're opening a website opened together, though I've also seen some YouTube ads that will demand you to skip them after 5 seconds which they would have advertised their content as well using your own data.

I actually do face such a challenge on a few sites I browse, and it becomes so difficult to browse efficiently in  such sites on mobile because the ads pop up and automatically open a site for the advertisement, like it does on my phone. Sometimes, too, if it's an app ads that pops up, it will automatically open the Play Store, totally distrusting what I am browsing. Some ads have a cancellation button after a few seconds when the advertisement completes, but some ads don't show a cancellation button at all, especially if you are operating from a mobile phone. If it's on Windows, the ads can automatically open up a new tab from your browser, and everything will also be visible, but on Android, some ad cancellation buttons are hidden.

Those websites are typically hosted on WordPress and often rely heavily on plugins, which can contribute to their erratic behavior. These plugins often contain JavaScript programs with conditional statements that prompt users to click certain elements, without which the website may not respond as intended. To counter this behavior, ad blockers are highly effective. I personally recommend using the Brave browser, as it is user-friendly and helps minimize unwanted gambling ads. However, you should know that certain websites may detect when your adblocker is active and restrict access to their content, they employ various signals to detect adblocker activity.

If i will need to visit a site then I don't need to necessarily have to go through their ads before approaching their website and i will take the effective use of ads blockers for use, i also make use of the brave browser om my device, i like the overal performance of the browser but the only issue with using brave is the hanging of a thing it does, you will just suddenly discover that the app is not working or pausing, i will now have to minimize to destop before navigating back onthe app then it continues, this has been common challenge with the browser because it freezes.

Yeah out of curiosity and they are seeing it from YouTube they might be in the impressions that the site have good capital as they can use the platform to advertise, and from that they will try to visit and use the site for their gambling, something that the site really wanted to gain traffics and possible gamer/gamblers to use their services and a potential regular users.
Curiosity will make them finally visit the site because I have experienced it before so I can say that excessive curiosity can make us fall for it, especially if we are tempted to follow it.

The casino has the capital to advertise on social media and they have already prepared a budget to promote the casino. And even if there is a ban from social media sites or elsewhere, it will not stop the casino from promoting on other sites. Those successful casinos promoting on social media will get good traffic and see an increase in the number of members playing in their casinos. That's what makes casinos increasingly increase their promotions in other forms on more and more sites.

If you dont want ads from Youtube or you are really that got irritated then you would be always have the opt on going for premium but of course it would really be an another expense which not all would really

be that tending to do so but rather they would be dealing up on skipping ads on 10 sec mark or what rather than on paying up on something just like on getting rid of them but well its a personal choice or preference because there are ones who would really be tending on doing so. It would really be just common for these sites or platforms to have ads considering about millions of users on which companies
and services would definitely be targeting out on launching out their products and services on wider audience.

Therefore, if you dont like these things then you could always opt on skipping it out but i do understand the feeling on the time that you have watched something but been bothered by these things. Grin
I don't want to pay for anything from Youtube Grin

We often see 5 or 10 seconds long ads; some can be skipped by pressing the button. And usually, I'll hit the skip button right away if it's an ad that doesn't match what I'm watching.

But if the ad fits what I'm watching or if it catches my eye, I'll watch it all the way through.

I want to believe that most of the google ads we see flying around on the internet are not exactly "pay per click" kind of ad, otherwise, there won't be so many platforms integrating google ads on their platforms, which YouTube just happens to be one of those platforms, from what I know people hardly click on online ads this day, so I think the platform where the ad are hosted still her paid, whether the ads is clicked on not, as long as it was viewed by users.
They are not like advertisements before where they should be visited. Youtube is a big platform now and I do believe there is a contract just like how it is with commercials on our local channels being watched on the television. Now, they pay just to come out once in a while or maybe for every hour of watching, depending on the contract.
Some advertisements on Youtube rely on the watched history but there are those who paid to come out even if not recommended. Take Head and Shoulder shampoo for example, I am not watching anything about shampoos, hair, or any bathing products and yet it will still pop out twice in an hour watching on their websites.
I think the gambling advertisements that we see once in a while are recommended and did not pay too high to pop out like those big shampoo companies.
IMO, the highest payers are those ads that we cannot skip. I have not seen a gambling ad that does that or maybe because I have no watched history about it.

Gambling business will try to seek for every venue that they can use just to promote and advertise their business, and same with how YouTube carry their business they will allow the algorithm in automatically provide those gambling website once they see that you access or accidentally click one of their ads,

it's annoying but those paying ads are what YouTube really wanted as they have budget to allocate and place the ads to reach more traffic and possible clients.
Maybe that's why Youtube allows gambling ads on their site so that Youtube can earn even more. And those casino ads get a place back to promote their site on Youtube and also can get more users who will click on the ads. And it's not wasted by the thriving casinos as they can get or put their plans back into action.

So we don't need to be surprised if we see gambling advertisements again while watching movies, tutoring, or whatever else is. And we also don't need to click on the ads, especially if we are trying to reduce gambling time.

Maybe it's "pay per view," but I don't know, but the ads on Youtube are still a lot and sometimes annoying when watching videos there. I guess people are smarter now in clicking on which ad they want but still, if it is a gambling ad, they can be tempted to click it because they must be curious about what the casino offers. This depends on whether we will click or not because if we have good self-control, we will not be tempted by any gambling advertisements and will only visit casinos that we know very well.

I don't know how it exactly works but I think that the ads market on Youtube, like how you can place your ads on Youtube, works like a normal marketplace and the highest paying bid wins the advertisement slot. Since casinos are making tons of money they will also be able to place the highest bids. But since Google tracks everything anyway I am sure that there is some increase in casino ads for some people when they also visit casino websites. This has happened to me with all kinds of things from everyday life. This can be tech gadgets or food or whatever else, but casinos placing ads pay a lot of money and they want to see conversion rates. That is Youtube's business model. Channel the ads to people who are more likely to click on it.

Yes you're right, those making advertisement using ads are not enjoying it for free, they were paid for services that we are seing and it also cost them to secure that particular slot to be granted for them to make such awareness through ads, though some may also receives a traffic flow into their website through this from each click on their ads, so we need to spend money more if we are intending to get more money, ads may look disgusting to us but there are some that really like seing them and having a look on every ads that pop in their screen on YouTube because they believe through that, they can learn more thing from what they are receiving as long as they don't mind.

Most likely this is the result of the YouTube algorithm determining this is something in which you could be interested and now it is feeding you a lot of those ads, since I really doubt that YouTube is somehow pushing for more gambling ads or that gambling companies have out of nowhere decided to increase their advertising budget at the same time, and if those ads are bothering you that much maybe it is time that you use an ad blocker and forget about those ads for good.
An ad-blocker cannot block video advertisements that are shown within or before a video on YouTube, ad blockers only block static or dynamic banner ads that are shown on web pages or ads that pop up when you click somewhere on a website. The only way one can avoid advertisements on YouTube is to buy the YouTube Premium package and you will get rid of them. If you don't want to do that and want free services, this thing will be there.

And yes, it is the algorithm that catches your interest based on your searches or videos you've previously watched, ads displayed on your YouTube videos can also be a result of what you've searched on Google having the same account logged in there as well.
Now many youtube videos have different sections tagged and this includes the publicity inside the video, so you can manually skip those and it would not surprise me if ad blockers found a way to skip those automatically on the future as well, with that being said a great deal of the advertising done on youtube and most websites can be skipped, something that is fortunate as I would find it incredibly difficult to use the internet if a bunch of ads were popping out of nowhere all the time.

Well, maybe that's how it works, but in the end, people who have advertised their sites on Youtube will use different keywords so that their ads can appear on Youtube. And maybe that's what the casino owner and his team are using so that the casino can promote on Youtube again or there really is a bug in the Youtube algorithm they use to promote their site. We also don't know how gambling advertisements can increase again than before because I agree with you that gambling advertisements can make people curious and want to try them. And this goes against countries' wishes to reduce gambling advertising so that people are not tempted to gamble.
But it doesn't seem like some kind of different keywords but some kind of special program or paying some tax to be able to advertise smoothly and always appear on the YouTube page.
It's no wonder because YouTube itself is one of the social media that can be used to get a number of sizable benefits.
Maybe some countries suppress gambling advertisements so that more people don't gamble, but if advertising is on social media, it will be more difficult for the country's government to suppress it, especially on YouTube, because YouTube is one of the social media that is easily accessed by anyone and in the country anywhere.
I'm just guessing because I also don't know about the truth. It could be from something else implemented by Youtube. But the ad still appears in each account because of the algorithm. And the government will keep trying to suppress gambling advertisements on social media because it can do it.

So I think if Youtube imposes strict regulations for gambling ads, it has helped people see them less often. And, of course, it won't make people curious about gambling which might encourage them to try it.

Well, it's possible that Youtube feels that there is a decrease in revenue in advertising, so Youtube places gambling advertisements on each user's account. And we can only block it by using the filter provided for us so that at least the ads displayed in each video can match the video we are watching.

And we don't need to focus on those ads and it's better to just look for the videos we want. That way, we won't be tempted by the gambling advertisements we see and can prevent ourselves from playing gambling in casinos that we don't know.
It's not about probability, many companies are facing challenges in these trying economic times, and many of these economies are the evening means for YouTube and the like. That's why top companies that have dominance online were laying off workers to cover for the revenue shortage. This is, in turn, the reason why they are relaxing their position of not accepting some sectors in order to boost their revenue. This is a good plan and I don't know why they will ever ban the gambling adverts as many had claimed earlier.

And since it's all about the money, everyone should get used to it. Yet, they can't be furnishing you with adverts that are not related to your daily activities. So anyone that is not used to gambling will not receive the advert.

Youtube Revenue are not generated that way, people give ads for Youtube to run it for them, they cannot decide to run ads without payment from any company or when they are not instructed to make awareness in their platform, the algorithm might be the cause maybe even a bug might have been the reason why the increase in the gambling ads since they know that the US is fighting alternative way to reduce gambling advertisement everywhere and not just US alone, other countries are concern by the rise of gambling ads everywhere, they know that this companies are making money from it and players are the ones who usually make the lost at the end of the day, the gambling house always win at the end.

Definitely they make a revenue generation through this ads, we are not just seing them appearing like that for free, money is being paid also to reserve them the space to advertise through ads, that's why you find out that many of this ads were from gambling or other big organizations who are able to run their ads for quite a longer subscription time whereby their ads keeps showing on YouTube and there's what they also earn per click on those ads as well as those the make use of their services or products they are advertising through ads on YouTube.
