Virat Kohli and Faf du Plessis scored the 137 runs first wicket partnership for Royal Challengers Bangalore which helped them score 174 runs that turned out to be the match winning runs for them. Du Plessis scored 84 runs and was supported by Virat who scored 59 runs.
While chasing this score, the Punjab kings were all out at 150 runs. They lost wickets at regular intervals and no batsmen stayed long on the crease. Though Prabhsimran Singh and Jitesh Sharma socred 40 odds runs but it was never going to be enough if the other batsmen were all out quickly and not entered in double figures.
I would say it was an easy win and much needed win for Royal Challengers Bangalore.

Yeah. They won the match already by 24 Runs. Punjab Kings lose their last three wickets in the last seven balls. Jitesh Sharma was playing well. They had ten more balls to utilize in the match, but unfortunately, they did not have enough wickets in hand. RCB had a flying start, but Punjab Kings' Top order batters could not dominate RCB bowlers. Only Prabhsimran Singh and Jitesh Sharma could fight back a little bit. They had three foreign batters, and all of them failed to score. Punjab Kings are now at number seven at the point table.

Their Top order batters should step up in the next match and do something for the team. Jitesh Sharma had a chance to finish the game once he got a chance. Kohli Could have been the villain today if Jitesh could finish the match. The toss phase of the 28th match of IPL will be held shortly. Expect to see quite a few changes for Kolkata Knight Riders. Because the eleven that Kolkata has fielded since the beginning, they have seen the face of failure with that eleven most of the time. Losing the toss and batting, Royal Challengers Bangalore have collected 91 runs without losing any wicket in 10 overs so far. Virat Kohli scored 38 runs off 29 balls and Faf du Plessis scored 50 runs off 31 balls, they did well in the power play. The way they are collecting runs they can probably score 190 plus.

Naveen on the other hand didn't managed to pick any wickets and Rajasthan Royals lost their first wicket only in the 12th over. Luckily for them, Avesh Khan and Marcus Stoinis tied down the RR batsmen during the middle overs, ensuring 2 points in this match.

Naveen-ul-Haq's performance was very good in this match. Maybe he can't take any wickets. But his bowling was tight. He gave only 19 runs in 4 overs. When the target was only 154 runs. At such a moment the wicket was more important than it was giving fewer runs. Also, the bowling of Avesh Khan and Stoinis was quite good. But I was surprised by the performance of Rajasthan Royals players. This team was at the top of the table. They played brilliantly in every match. But today they failed to collect only 155 runs.
