I think because they are the only other 2 in the base/core set that are not actual people? (Not sure really, but just a guess).

I still don't understand what makes the Bullpen Car or the Samesong Park cards even the least bit special. I'm willing to accept Solar Eclipse and Bomb Cyclone as part of an unofficial 2017 Historic Event Series (along with Cryptocurrency), but why is anyone here collecting the Bullpen Car or Samesong Park cards?
