With all the missing red (/5), silver (/1), Brooklyn (/25), glow-in-the-dark (/?), and NNO (/?) Cryptocurrency cards as well as the black mini X cards, those sealed Ginter X boxes willl be worth a small fortune someday. What do you think, dolphriends or Mrstacy?

Don't be fooled, it is cheaper to buy card you want. Look at odds on page 1 of this thread. 70 dollar boxes are 185 on Ebay. Way too much.
To put odds in your favor for black mini, you need 9 boxes at a cost of 1665. That gives you a 51 percent chance for black mini when you can buy one for 600. But.. you might get a. Ohtani printing plate. Lol
True, but in addition to the chance of pulling either a full size black or a mini black Cryptocurrency card, you'll also have an opportunity to pull a mini red (/5), mini silver (/1), mini Brooklyn (/25), mini glow-in-the-dark (/?), and mini NNO (/?) Cryptocurrency card.
And that's not including any of the same variations of the Solar Eclipse, Marine National Monument, Bomb Cyclone, Bullpen Car, or whatever other cards people are into right now.
For $185, it might be worth a shot. Who knows? Just a thought.

Oh yea, I think this set is the most exciting since the 86' fleer basketball. One box can go for 10,000.00 so to put a few away is very smart.

When you buy two cases, you then need card accessories- sleeves and toploaders. Not to mention about 2 days organizing everything.

This whole bitcoin thing is a gamble too ... So ... why not if you have the inclination, time and money? Ripping packs is certainly VERY fun, especially when you pull one worth the $$ you spent...

nice I have no experience with cards, but i'm bullish now that i see other cards start to increase in value. I notice that graded cards seem to go for double of non-graded cards, so when PSA starts to release the cards they are holding - watch out!
Yeah, one would think that, but on the other hand, wouldn't a sudden influx of graded cards push prices down for ungraded (as well as graded since they will be so expensive)?
I mean, shit, I picked up a BGS 9.5 base 83 card for $20.00 on ebay. I guess I paid what the guy had it graded for?

Of course it is just an opinion but, I see the red mini #/5 @ 10,000.00 black mini @ 1500.00 brooklyn back 2500-3,000. printing plate 25,000.00 the common mini @100.00 . Any 1/1's will be super expensive like the blank back from the topps vault.
I put a value on my other five favorite inserts @ 10% to 15% of the crypto card. The recent samesong park red mini went for 230.00 and the crypto red mini went for 2700.00 as an example of value comparison. If a red mini solar eclipse comes up for sale right now I think it will take 275.00 minimum to get it and maybe more.
I often look at the pick your card sellers on ebay like the ginter black mini to see if they have one of my favorites and they are always sold out. Gives me a good indication of the popularity. This ginter x because it is so limited will always be a favorite and supply and demand is always in play
It isn't just the crypto collector but, also the mainstream card collector that collects these.I have no experience with cards, but i'm bullish now that i see other cards start to increase in value. I think the black mini's have all disappeared, I have been working on sets I can accomplish like the gold border, black border, and the black mini of my six favorite inserts. Not going to try for the red or silver mini unless I had the crypto #83 mini. At this point I think only a few owners of the red mini's have a shot at doing this. I doubt anyone has the silver mini of the crypto but, the red mini's are getting so expensive for these inserts and the crypto will be a fortune. Anyway that's my opinion.
