I'm curious if 1Xbit or similar scam sites have a license from somewhere.

I don't see 1xBit on the list and I guess it's because it's a known scam site, but I wouldn't rule out that certain scam sites are able to get a license from somewhere to keep up appearances. Or it is common to scam sites not to have a licence?

It shouldn't, if it is proven to run fraudulent practices then no license will dare to support it, in addition the Licensor is threatened with being sued
If you talk about 1xBit then you should read the case of 1xBet wikipedia similar name and similar case but I don't want to assume. I will avoid sites like this and also alert my community to avoid it.

They claimed to have a license, but with their reputation, the license is just useless if I would choose to gamble. There are plenty of sites I believe that have a license but with a bad reputation, maybe gamblers do not sue them but due to the evidence from the accusers, the community tagged them as a bad gambling sites.

I ask this because of what was said in another thread:

I don't see that you have any gambling license and I think there is high risk of using any new gambling website like this.

For me, that a site does not have a license does not mean that it is going to be a scam, because in this thread we can see a few unlicensed sites that have been operating for years and do not scam anyone.

But if the scam sites do not have licenses, we could have a probability criterion to identify them.

Crypto for the Crypto Throne!
- Casino with negative feedback (proven scam accusations) will not be added in the list.
- All of the information is collected from each casino T&C, KYC/AML policy page.
- Kindly inform me if you find any mistakes in the table.
- The list has been made in alphabetical order.

This is actually a comprehensive informative list you have here, because in as much as many persons would have love to gamble anonymously, it has always been difficult choosing the right No KYC casinos that is trusted and has reputation, because reading the whole ''Terms & Conditions'' is not always that easy, but with this thread of yours now, it gives us an insight and save us the stress of searching for a No KYC casinos.
True. It’s hard to trust a No KYC casinos these days as they fall into scams in the end and lost our money. But with this thread, OP enlighten us and give us ideas on what reputable casinos that are not yet requiring KYC submission. Thanks OP for the great information as this can be very helpful especially for newbies out there who loves to gamble.

KYC casinos doing the same: fall into scams, get "hacked" and lost user's money. KYC doesn't affect this moments. The only things which matters here is laws of the place where this casino works. If casino is in EU or UK everything will be good, you can do KYC.

Otherwise it's very bad idea to provide a lot of personal information to some offshore site.

Yes, there are casinos which is already old and reputable/known already on this forum but surprisingly they arent having those license
Ex. Bustabit/Bustadice

Its been a long time running crash site but surprisingly they dont really have that license but still able to get huge support and commonly been hanging out by gamblers around.
These information is indeed helpful if there's someone who had in doubt about a site whether it does have license or does ask out some kyc or not.

True. Thanks for the valuable information OP as these can be very helpful particularly for newbies as they have no much experience yet in different casinos and still may likely to fall into scams if they are not knowledgeable enough. As most of the casinos have required already KYC, but it’s still more preferable to play in casinos where you can play anonymously.

Thank you for the update i have seen most of the questions i would have wanted to ask gambling site in their ann thread. There is some important things i have seen here that make me happy especially this

• How to verify the license?
Currently there are 4 master license operators of Curacao gambling license providers.
Curacao E-gaming Cyberluck Curacao N.V. (1668/JAZ)
Curacao Interactive Licensing N.V. (CIL) (5536/JAZ)
Curacao Antillephone N.V. (8048/JAZ)
Curacao Gaming N.V. (365/JAZ)

I never understand this before.
Well, the truth is, I don't know how many Curacao licenses there are, but it's a matter of reading each one according to its numbers, but this came about thanks to a discussion thread in reputation? The truth is that I never go there, but if it is something that is beneficial for both the casino and the players, it is something that I applaud, and if it is to seek continuous improvement of the site, then I totally like it, I think this is what matters And it is necessary to take into account, all these licenses allow the use in countries that are already prohibited in nature? Or do they have some kind of special treatment? I have a friend in the USA who cannot enter several casinos, and I think it is because of the licenses.

Update: Added the details of 4 more casinos. They are Bitvest, DuckDice, Sportbet.one and 777Coin.
Used the TLD name for Sportsbet.io and Sportbet.one so that people don't get confused. Added DuckDice by ignoring their negative feedback which they had received long time ago. I have followed this thread “Duckdice Reputation Thread” before adding them to the list.

Firstly, I was concerned about the reputation of Bitvest and 777Coin as there was delays to process the withdrawals and some issues regarding their signature campaign payments. Later, I have forgotten about them. However, I will add them in the list soon as I haven't seen any new complaints against them in the last few months. No one has mentioned about them here in this thread except you. Thanks!

Olimp.com has Curacao gambling license and we can verify that. I just checked the website. They are asking for phone number in the quick registration process, I'm not surprised with that part as some other casino has similar requirement. But the full registration page is asking for passport or ID number. I'm not interested to add them in the list as they are new here and their registration process is unusual.
And why didn't you mention Bitvest and 777coin anywhere? They are rather old and famous among the forum, and they have the good taste to belong to the very small category of casinos that don't require KYC. Bitvest even belongs to the Crypto Gambling Foundation. It's an oversight on your part or it's intentional?

One more casino I saw recently in forum is Olimp.com that claim to have Curacao gambling license, but I would not list them here because you can't register without sending them phone number.

If you check the bottom of the MaverickGames website explained they are licensed and regulated by 'Isle of Man Gambling Supervision Commission'
Somehow I have missed that part. “Isle of Man Gambling Supervision Commission” is a gambling license provider. Lot's of casino is running under them by creating their own company, and those companies are holding the license from ‘Isle of Man’ provider. “Shelgeyr Limited” is the license operator/holders of MaverickGames. You can check the availability of their license from Isle of Man government website (Check here). Thank you for noticing the mistake. I have updated the details in the list.

Update: Added 5 more website details in the list. They are LuckyDiamond, MaverickGames, Mbet, NanoGames and StarBets. None of these casinos have the gambling license, but all of them can request the user to go through the KYC verification process.
I have removed BetJa from the list as the website isn't operating properly. I will add them in the list again if BetJa team give some updates about the issues.

If you check the bottom of the MaverickGames website explained they are licensed and regulated by 'Isle of Man Gambling Supervision Commission'
but somehow verify if the license is valid, based on registration data (2018) it seems they are still using the old license used by the previous website (btb88) there is currently no active support to confirm, they should be back online in the next 2-3 hours based on operating hours.

Betja is not coming back, and everything related with Betja is now deleted, so it was good move removing them from the list.

Have you ever read the terms of Blackjack.fun? They reserves the right to request for KYC verification

9.3. We reserve the right to request photo ID, address confirmation or perform additional verification procedures (request your selfie, arrange a verification call etc.) for the purpose of identity verification prior to granting any withdrawals from your Account. We also reserve our rights to perform identity verification at any time during the lifetime of your relationship with us.

Blackjack.fun hasn't applied this rules on you as you haven't done anything wrong there. But they may ask you to do that if they find anything suspicious. They may request to get all kind of personal documents from you. I have mentioned about those in the table. They have dedicated page with the information of KYC verification system: https://blackjack.fun/kyc-policy

As we see, all crypto casinos have a KYC procedure, except casinos without license(the same time it is enough dangerous to gamble in such casino as for me). The difference is just what you have to do. As i see - all casino get your personal data, so i don`t know for what purposes we use cryptocurrencies in such casinos. It doesn`t anonymize us.

PS. Anyway the OP made nice job, thx.

Hey !
I beg to differ there are certain casinos that do not require KYC and at the same time are very safe and secure as well, take for example, the casino that am working with : Blackjack.fun they do not have any requirements regarding KYC personally I have withdrawn the amount for ages and never had the problems and the customer support team is very apt and amazing as well other than that their license is :
Quote
Blackjack.fun is fully licensed, owned and operated by Satya Code SRL, registration number: 3102813297, registered address: San Jose, Montes De Oca, San Pedro, 400N 25E Los Yoses, CR. License nr: GLH-OCCHKTW0701162022

Update: Removed OneHash from the list as they have closed their business on the 30th of June.
Added the information of 5 new casino in the table. Those are BCH.games, Bets.io, Crashino, FoggyStar and Riobet. Among those 5 casinos, two casinos are advertising in the forum by adding “No KYC” in their ANN thread title. But their terms says that they reserves the right to ask for KYC documents of the users. Which is a bit confusional. I have added red star mark (*) at the KYC Requirements part in the table for those casinos. They are Bets.io and Crashino. I have added this information in the note section.

The * mark casino advertising in the forum with “No KYC” in the ANN thread title, while their terms says that they reserves the right to ask for KYC documents of the users.
