Update: Added three new casinos details in the list. They are Cloudbet, TwiceDice and OwlGames. I'm working to add more casinos in the list. But I'm getting confused with the available informations in some casinos. Moreover, I got strange response from some casinos support team when I asked for the details of gambling license and KYC policy.
Maybe they think you are part of some government regulators if you ask them many questions about that sensitive information Smiley
I like that you organized the list in alphabetical order but I would like to see more info for license number and link if possible.

Many a times this kyc does not carry personal information and gamblers are harmed irresponsible financial service providers may lack data security and hacks can steal your personal data. Goals are more important than money for the effort and support to get a gambling license for business because earning money is automatically followed, just as we all have to earn which is why we are most helpful than many referral kyc.

There is no way for a casino to prevent those underage players. Although, it will be possible if a casino makes the KYC (identity documents verification) requirements mandatory during sign-up.
If that is the case, it can change the crypto casinos if they apply that and make many crypto gamblers not choose the casinos that use KYC during the sign-up. Hopefully, the casino will not apply that in registrations because crypto is about anonymous and we only want to play on the casino that is free from KYC for withdrawing for some amount. Many of us only use gambling as a fun thing.

OP this is a very good topic but maybe you should add exact License information for each casino, and I know that most of them are using one of Curacao licenses but some use different.
One example I know is BTC365 website that is using E-Gambling Montenegro gambling license, but there are others who use license from Costa Rica.
I haven't checked BTC365 yet. But all of the listed casinos are operating with Curacao gambling license (except Blackjack.fun). However, they are working on it and they said it will be available within this month. You will find that every casino is operating with one of those 4 master license providers of Curacao. I believe it isn't hard to find out the details as I have already added some information about the 4 master license operators in the post. But I will keep your suggestion if I find any popular crypto casino with other license providers without Curacao gambling providers.

I'm also wondering how the system will suspect the underage users. Maybe they will observe the betting patterns. They may contact the user if they find it unusual than all other bettors. And it isn't so hard to determine an underage person by doing some conversation with them.
Probably they still have some restricted countries as they had license before. Some countries have strict laws against gambling. It could be a reason to keep the restrictions on some countries as well.
From all of that, I am only concerned about underage users as underage users can easily access all websites without their parents knowing what they do. For example, the underage visit the casinos and finally, they think that the games are enjoyable. Their curiosity will be bigger than adult people's, so they search for more info about how they can play using real money (in this matter, they will try to have crypto). In the end, they really play using crypto.

The casino will not know who their user that playing many gambling games on their site. However, the casino can observe the betting patterns, that still difficult to determine their users. Even if the casino use KYC to know their users, that is still not easy to detect.

I am sure the casino can apply this for the restricted countries and already had blocklists from the country that can not access the site. Hopefully, parents can take these important jobs for their kids before it is too late to realize their kids have a gambling addiction.

Although it will require a lot of effort and time it will benefit the community if the license issue is added to the list, it's also ok if the terms of service and information about the license issuer are also included but I leave it to OP if they take our suggestion but like all the others are saying
this is a great compilation and it will help the community to pick the right casino to play.

As for Costa Rica, as far as I know, there is no such thing as a gambling license in this country. Apparently, when registering a company, it is enough to specify "gambling" as the purpose of the business and it is enough to be able to legally run a casino there.

Update: Added two more casinos in the table today. Removed * mark from CryptoGames casino as they have brought back the license validator link after notifying them about it. Included some details of Curacao gambling license. @Beparanf, now you should know that how to verify the license Wink. (There is another way to verify the license. Currently I'm observing the available method. I will try to update it in the near future.)

• How to verify the license?
Currently there are 4 master license operators of Curacao gambling license providers.
  • Curacao E-gaming Cyberluck Curacao N.V. (1668/JAZ)
  • Curacao Interactive Licensing N.V. (CIL) (5536/JAZ)
  • Curacao Antillephone N.V. (8048/JAZ)
  • Curacao Gaming N.V. (365/JAZ)

Almost every casino has a validator link of their Curacao master license operators at the bottom of the webpage. Simply click on the logo to verify the gambling license of a casino. Few casino operates with other license providers. Those casino doesn't have license validator link available at their site.

As we see, all crypto casinos have a KYC procedure, except casinos without license(the same time it is enough dangerous to gamble in such casino as for me). The difference is just what you have to do. As i see - all casino get your personal data, so i don`t know for what purposes we use cryptocurrencies in such casinos. It doesn`t anonymize us.

PS. Anyway the OP made nice job, thx.

It's not a requirement to deposit and play but these casinos listed will likely ask for KYC if they think your account is abusing like in the case of one complainant

But it is required when i plan to get my money back. Withdrawal is the most important part of gambling, as for me. I don`t remember problems with deposit anywhere.

You are bound by the rules and casino is bound to protect the integrity of their system and the only way casinos can do that is to do KYC on account that they think is a fraud or abusing their features, yes Cryptocurrency can help us anonymize our presence in casinos as long as you are following rules and the casino is compliant to regulators and reputable you are still safe.
Yes, it is so, they have rules and we decide to follow them or to look at other casino. But the main purpose of cryptocurrencies is anonymity and with KYC we lose it - does not matter what cryptocurrency and how do you use, if casino has your ID.

The casinos Betcoin.ag and Playbetr.com are reportedly licensed by Dutch Antilles Management N.V., License GLH-OCCHKTW0706262018. And they both have the same company registration number and corporate address.

But only playbetr.com has a link to a working license validator. I'm not sure if that means betcoin.ag is an unlicensed casino or what.

The weirdest part is that they claim to have no other connections except the same software provider.

Hello, we have certainly never claimed that there is no connection. We have stated previously that both sites are part of the same network, however the operations are separate. Meaning Playbetr is run by a separate team, which has their own rules and ways of doing business.

Okay, I appreciate you clarifying that. However, to be perfectly honest, I couldn't find such a statement in your post history. Although you didn't explicitly state there is no connection, but to a specific question like this example, I would say the message was ambiguous at best.

I think it would be smart to answer some people on the forum here. If you ignore everything, people will not think you are very professional.
Is it true that playbetr is from the same owner?

Hello, there has not been a single inquiry that has gone unanswered here. As we have stated before, Playbetr and many other sites share a similar software provider. Please let us know if you have any additional questions.

Hello, we have certainly never claimed that there is no connection. We have stated previously that both sites are part of the same network, however the operations are separate. Meaning Playbetr is run by a separate team, which has their own rules and ways of doing business. An example of this would be how LVMH brands has Louis Vuitton and Fendi under its umbrella, but they are completely separate companies, although some promotion may overlap.

Regarding the license badge, it is certainly valid and we will work with our development team to get the verification tool working as it should be. Thank you.

The license validator logo is not available on some of the casino that you listed on the table. I already try it before that's why I comment on this. Some of the casino just display there license number instead of the license validator logo that you mention. I don't want to mention specific casino on your list but there really is. I just want to make sure all the license they are declaring is authentic since we are all anonymous here.

It is true. And since I don't mind mentioning a specific casino, I will give one example.

are you guys linked to betcoin.ag in anyway?

Hello, we have the same software provider but most of the operations are different outside of this.  There have been some talks of some joint promotions in the future but we will certainly keep you posted.

They say that they can ask for KYC if they believe a player is underaged. How could a casino suspect that based on a player's betting pattern.
Another thing I found interesting about them is that they don't have a betting license, however, they do have certain restricted locations. I wonder why that is!?It is positive though that they will not confiscate your coins even if you refuse their KYC demands.

You didn't add any sources for Roobet and FreeBitco. Links are missing only for those two casinos.
Freebitco have the shortest list of terms among all gambling site. They have no single word about the KYC/identity/AML policy in their TOS. I found no information there which could be included in the post. About Roobet, they have mandatory level 1 KYC verification system. I didn't include any more info in their KYC requirements column as they have a mandatory verification system.

I believe Curacao eGaming has a license validator, but I'm not sure about the others. Perhaps you can post an example of a gambling site with no license verification here so the community can help.

I have sent a message to both casino email support for the details of license validator. Let's wait for the response of them.

The license validator is available in every casino and you can verify it by clicking in the validator logo from the casino only. The validator link doesn't work if I post it here. I tried to put the link in the table when I was creating this topic, but I removed the link as it was showing some error like this

@OP, Let me just take this opportunity to congratulate you on creating this topic. It is always good to have easily accessible information, like this, in one place. I hope you will be able to keep this list updated. I especially appreciate the fact that you decided to omit the proven scam sites from the list (I hope this will not lure in a legion of trolls and sock-puppets in this thread).

I believe Curacao eGaming has a license validator, but I'm not sure about the others. Perhaps you can post an example of a gambling site with no license verification here so the community can help.

Farewell, Leo. You will be missed!
Good work compiling this information! Thumbs up also for not wanting to include negatively tagged sites.
Threads like this is something that I am interested in, and I know how much work has to be put into creating them. Good for you for sticking it out.

I find the KYC information for Bustabit and Bustadice very interesting.

Hahaha yeah, they messed up with the theme website + paragraph.
I guess you can search with the keyword "KYC" for the document
I haven't update them in the list as everything is mixed up there. I have searched with the keywords ‘KYC' and found about their rules, but I couldn't find the details of KYC verification steps there. And it's true that every licensed casino have almost same steps for the KYC verification

Just a curious question, Is there a way to verify the authenticity of the license of these Casino. It's easy to copy or provide a random license number on the website, ~
Suggestions from the forum members will be needed in the next few days for sure, because it isn't going to possible for me to collect the information from each casino. And I need feedbacks from the forum members. So, there is no reason to lock this topic. Eventually, I haven't seen any useless reply in this thread yet. I wanted to avoid the off-topic and useless discussion here, seems like the message of the post is working.

You should make this thread self moderated if you really want to avoid discussion here or at least lock the thread after you update your table if you don't want suggestions.

Just a curious question, Is there a way to verify the authenticity of the license of these Casino. It's easy to copy or provide a random license number on the website, Just add the logo of Curacao or other license org and they are good to go since only few user check the authenticity of the license. I hope theres a website to check each license then put that link on the table as reference for the license authenticity.

Good job!
