License means regulations, regulations means problems. Why would a casino need a license?
Can't agree. I, for example, use bet365 where everyone needs to pass through KYC. And because 365bet has UK license I'm sure that my identity maybe in bigger danger than no-KYC but at the same time much safer that book will not disappear into sunset.
If I can't access to a casino like this, of course my second favorites are Licensed/No KYC casinos.
I think such casinos doesn't exists. Licensed means that customer will be forced to pass through KYC.
we have seen here that there are some licensed casinos that don't require KYC. unless, you are a high roller and you surpass their limits ( usually 2k EUR or 2k USD). otherwise, you can play without worrying about KYC. and they have gaming license.
just to give example is stake and betfury. it says from the table that they are licensed, but kyc is only done if needed. and one thing you need to keep in mind is accumulated deposits/withdrawals.
It is absolutely true that it is written above that passing KYC can cause problems, and if KYC is not required, then this can also cause problems. In short, it turns out that in any case there may be problems for the gamers. And there are only two problems:
1. There is no way to get the winnings if KYC has not passed
2. If you winnings and you have passed KYC then it fell under the control of the tax service and apparently will have to be divided- part government
. But this is in good countries where there are no gangs of extortionists. And in bad countries, with high crime, everything can be taken away. So whatever one may say this damn KYC is nothing but problems. And what bastard came up with it and now demands it everywhere?
