We can not say ICOs are completely dead. Today we can find plenty of ICO investors. But, better system will attract attention. Even recently IEO is a good way to find investor for projects.

ICO has not died in my opinion he only rested for a while, and then he has moved again he will increase again.
maybe you said ICO died because ICO was in a bad condition and many projects failed.
maybe if the fraudster disappears and the market increases the ICO will improve and investors will be interested again, with such conditions so that investors are not easy to join and must really research so that nothing bad happens.

I don't think ICO will really be dying and no one wants to invest in it, but maybe investors are still waiting for the market situation to improve again so that later ICO projects will also improve and the tokens developed will also there is a price.
all require process and time but I am sure that in the future the ICO project will be able to continue to survive and the situation will be better, unlike the last few months.

I chose to participate in ICO by participating in the bounty campaign. I do not have the courage to participate in ICO through investment. I am still very traumatized by fraud. I better invest my money on eth then I use it to trade. I think it is safer and more challenging. I control my money myself and I know the exact movements of the coins that I have. If I invest, I am full of questions whether this project will succeed or not. All have not been guaranteed.

ICO projects continue to see decline even as the market continue to look positive. Investors has lost interest in it and even they're not also super excited about IEOs as it is expected. I think investors are still look for an investment method that will be able to protect their interests and force project team to be accountable but for now we don't have such in the industry.

IEO are emerging bigger in the crypto market and one side it is really good for the investors to handle their fund very safely into good ICO projects instead putting the funds on fake or low range ICOs.
Kindly take your time to analyze the IEO which is listed on exchanges.
Mostly people does not take time to analyze it if you do that all things will be in your favour only.

I think now the ICOs will not be the number 1 on investition, now IEOs will be more searched and people will invest more on them that on ICOs. And is bad that a lot of ICOs was scam and people lose money.

I think we've seen it all, the whole shebang ICOs could ever offer, in fact, not even STOs or IEOs could do anything new. It's all the same, overrated crowdfunding schemes that almost always amount to nothing. I could list more than 70% of ICOs that raised at least or more than soft cap, and yet no product, no utility, no adoption. Imho, ICOs should be banned since most of the past ones haven't achieved much till date.

Yes, IEO eliminates all rooms for scam projects from obtaining funds from investors. IEO is now the new and improved version of ICO. People are now moving away from investing in ICO projects due to the number of scam ICO projects which were in the crypto ecosystem throughout the year 2018 making most investors lose their investment capitals. ICOs are gradually dying off the crypto space.

Well it would seem that icos don't hold that much interest in people nowadays. Yeah, almost every coin in the market started out as icos but with the number of money people have lost in scams, and with shady and obvious scam icos scattered all over, i don't think icos will have the same relevance as before.
