The age factor is not a big deal, IMO, Inoue is just the better fighter and he will win against Donaire.
In the first fight, we saw how Inoue had dominated the fight, I think the same thing will happen in the rematch.
Donaire understands his chances, but he also wants to take a big risk because if he wins, he will get a good reward for being a unified champion.
I like Donaire because he is not afraid of taking big fights, but this time, I just feel Donaire has faced the best fighter in the division and he can't beat him.
Worth the risk, knowing that he's not getting any younger and if luck hits him then retiring with this kind of achievements is really sweet
But statistically right, Inoue is more younger, skilled and powerful than Donaire, we all witness that from the first fight and from those other fights of Inoue, comparing will favor Inoue.
can't wait for this rematch, still siding for Donaire Goodluck though!
