I strongly agree with you.It is necessary to realize them when they reach the profits in certain quantities. You can set a limit yourself.

Btc and real estate, which is not to be dropped.Although there is a difference between the two in investment, there isn't much difference in profit.Btc and real estate are two-long time investment. However,in the case of real estate, the price is in the recession for a long time and also stable. But in the case of Btc,the price is volatile and it's up and down.

Bitcoin chart is going up and down some times I am thinking maybe I should invest part of my BTC (at least the part of the profit  I’ve made on crypto) into something real?!
Let’s say I can buy share of real estate company and get the part of profit (50-100% per Year).

Should I
Spend all my BTC on that shares?
                Spend small (profit) part?
Or just do nothing and wait?

Huh?!

I’ll do appreciate for answers with any suggestions and recommendations!

Well, any experienced investors out there will surely advice you to invest also on real estates and not focus only on the crypto world which is something that is really random. Some might even advice you to split all your investments into equal amounts. But either way, I really do think that diversification and great decision making is really what makes people become successful in this world. Although good traits like hard work and so much more are also really vital to becoming successful, I pretty much think that these two is something that one must not lack if he wants to be successful in anything he does.

Both of them will come as profit . real estate prices are ever growing with time and so is the case with bitcoin . if you want some surety and want to play bit safe invest in real state but if you want to take as risk and have some time to get some huge profits you must invest in bitcoin or in some other potential crypto currency . This is the thing with bitcoin that it gives most profit to those who wait.

Real estates prices are not ever growing, that happens just with great locations.
On many locations prices of real estates are going down. In real estate business
you enter only if you are very rich, like that you can choose location.
Bitcoin do not ask for big investments. That is the reason why people find Bitcoin
attractive anyone can buy with any money, you do not need to be rich to start with
Bitcoins. Bitcoin is just a beginning, after Bitcoin I saw so many other coins, great
projects, and if I have more money I would invest in crypto-currencies not in real
estates.
More waiting is the thing with most investments, more you wait most likely you
will have more profit, if you chose good location for real estate, Bitcoin or some
other coin.

You will never know fo sure. Nothing is clear, future is kinda in a fog, but it's a good idea to split your investments. Anyway - good luck!

I would say invest in both.
This is what I'll say too. Bitcoin investment and real estate investment are both amazing investments for this generation although many are still skeptic about bitcoin.

Though you'll be more secure in real estate because prices will surely rise and will not drop but the capital is so huge plus the returns is for long terms.
Real estate value always appreciates and if it goes depreciated it will not that go down much unlike bitcoin but still the riskier investment you'll hop in, more potential profit.

When investing in real estate you have to pay taxes, invest money in property maintenance and constantly search for tenants. This significantly reduces the effectiveness of such investments.
It is because real estate is an asset and recognized by the government. Real estate tax is also depending on how big is your property.

I choose bitcoin. When you invest in bitcoin, you have no costs associated with the maintenance of your investment. When investing in real estate you have to pay taxes, invest money in property maintenance and constantly search for tenants. This significantly reduces the effectiveness of such investments.

If you are ready to take a risk as well as to earn huge profit, crypto investment or in Bitcoin, would be a good choice. The only risk is its vokatility in the market which also makes it profitable. The market value of Bitcoin is more active or having a higher tendency of moving compared to real estate or stocks which has a stable market value so it won't be that much profitable especially for short terms.

Always have a back up plan even in investment .
I think you should also invest in something else even if you have a bitcoin.
Yes, that is the good idea and in my opinion I would say that if you have a full time job or business, then do have a part time investment or job in the bitcoin, also if you are doing a full time trading in the bitcoin, then must have the part time job or investment somewhere else because if one of the business goes down, your other business bails you out and by this you will have a divided attention but more than one source of the profit.
You're both right there, every investment should be always a back up don't stick in one form of investment only because nothing is sure in this world, one very successful company can be failed in one day all hard earn money on bitcoins can be loss in a seconds. We dont know what is coming to be done by all this investments so its better to be safe.

Don't get me wrong, I love Bitcoin and I really think that it has been very helpful to me financially as it is really profitable; but I think after a few years time, I would rather invest everything that I earned from Bitcoin into real estate as it is more stable and economical in a state especially if the area is placed in a really good and strategic position. When it comes to real estate, the value of the land in almost all circumstance would go higher with time as compared to Bitcoin whose value can change in a span of seconds. Real estate may be pricey but there is assurance in return and you get to use it for different purposes. It's just about practicality and in the long run, real estate is really something that would give you assurance.

Back up plans work as life saviors in every aspect of life. It is highly professional to keep back up plans of anything you are up to, whether it is some project or investment plan. There is nothing better that making a combination of bitcoin with some other profitable investment mode such as real estate or gold. Bitcoin is going to do job best as mainstream investment and other could be relied on for little profits.

Better use of the profits from bitcoin trade for something real. Spending profits from bitcoin to buy property is one of a wise decision or reinvest some of that profits to invest in crypto can also be an option.
In my opinion, spending our profits for something real is a must, both for daily needs nor to invest back in the real world

I think if you have experience in investing in cryptocurrencies then you should continue to invest in BTC because it is a long-term investment. If you hold the BTC for at least a year later undoubtedly, your profit will be much higher than the investment in real estate. Bitcoin exchange rate fluctuations are normal in this market; you just need to invest in BTC, hold and forget it Smiley))
One of the best to have a share or profit in the long term is investing in bitcoin. Continue to invest in bitcoin than real estate, the moment that you invest may serves as long term in bitcoin. Yes holding bitcoin could be great offer to be profited in cryptocurrency.

Expand your investment and don't just stay on a single investment. But OP doesn't even replied yet so I hope he will read the advice of others here soon. Take portion of your bitcoin earnings which is enough to buy real estate, you will have digital asset(Bitcoin) and you will have in real life (real estate).

No it is not good to go for anything else if you have the money life bitcoin investment, bitcoin will give you profit and it will be enough so it is not needed to get involve in more than one investment, for now bitcoin is the best investment because its price is increasing now and it is not very high price at present time. Having bitcoin does not require backup because people go more and more ahead they never get back from bitcoin so nothing can be secure and safe than bitcoin.

Biggest proportion of my portfolio remain in Crypto. Market cap in crypto is still very low compared with traditional asset. The data in the below link was valid last year but these is still reflect the potential of decentralised / crypto economy development. http://www.visualcapitalist.com/worlds-money-markets-one-visualization-2017/

The real risk of crypto asset should be far lower than real estate. "Artificial risk" may drop down crypto price for short term. For decentralised economy activity to collapse n panic, I think there is a long way to go.
