I personally choose to invest in bitcoin because I see a highly potential future in it. Though the real estate business is also a very good business which has been for years and is also quite profitable. But the high difference between it is that bitcoin and any other cryptocurrency is a new technology that can even make the real estate business and investment easier, better and bigger.

I think both should be tried. I have a plan to collect bitcoin, and after I have many assets about bitcoin. I might invest in a real estate. well, but, i prioritize bitcoin, because i can start it without much value.

Invest in real estate is more costly. Here you have to invest lots of money and wait for a long time to earn the profit. By any chance it's market fall down then you nothing have to do. In the other side invest in bitcoin is very short. You can invest hare how much you possible and wait for few months. And you can earn as you expect or more. Time is very short here.

Bitcoin chart is going up and down some times I am thinking maybe I should invest part of my BTC (at least the part of the profit  I’ve made on crypto) into something real?!
Let’s say I can buy share of real estate company and get the part of profit (50-100% per Year).

Should I
Spend all my BTC on that shares?
                Spend small (profit) part?
Or just do nothing and wait?

Huh?!

I’ll do appreciate for answers with any suggestions and recommendations!

There is many options other than real estate but since it is the topic you created and wanting to know i will going to answer your questions in my own apprehension. Actually the real estate you wanted and the Roi is yearly it is sure once you've got invested to put a share. For long term it is not so much profitable unless you have big amounts in share and for me having an investment in bitcoins right now is much rewarding.
Ultimately there comes much difference between investing in bitcoins and real estates. Although both are trending towards increasing level but still bitcoins have big show here. In real estate, if someone have bought a place and let it grow economically, it will take much more time. Slow price it is, for which bitcoins have a supreme speedy recovery. Both have their own goods and bad.

Buying real estate may be more reliable, than volatile cryptos, just beware of scams and get to know the property you're about to purchase very well. Don't spend all of your BTC, because it still has a very big chances to become world's №1 currency. If you want to invest a small amount of money in real estate - the easiest way to it is through REITs, just make sure that your team are professionals, but if you have an opportunity to purchase an estate on your own - I would suggest to do so.
Real estate is only for long term investment so if the investor is looking to invest on long term the real estate is an option but for me bitcoin is the best investment but the risk is more when we compare to traditional real estate. For me bitcoin investment but it may changes to different personals.

It is clear Bitcoin has a volatile value for what you are buying shares of real estate companies whether you willing your BTC is silent and rusty without any benefit.

Let’s say I can buy share of real estate company and get the part of profit (50-100% per Year).

If it's true and it can be real go ahead with your planning and stick to your resolve  maybe you'll succeed with your plan.

Spend all my BTC on that shares?

Better not, that's tantamount to making your BTC frozen because your BTC will never develop aggressively and you will definitely feel saturated with such conditions.

Or just do nothing and wait?

Silence and waiting will only make you saturate and tired you should be able to take advantage of every fluctuation session that occurs in bitcoin because there are some gaps you can take from it.

It is really depends on a persons on where he can manage his investment whether bitcoin or real estate. For me I think these both are profitable, in bitcoin market is volatile you should know the risks. You can earned big in this market the chance to have a big profit than real estate. In real estate it takes time to eaned but one of a steady income. So both are also good to earned income.

You haven't told us how much money you are willing to invest. Since Real estate requires a huge amount and return periods are also longer, I suggest that you invest in alt coins. If you still want want to invest in something real, you can go for mutual funds or fixed deposit schemes offered by Banks.

Even if it is more secured by the government the real estate investment is also risky just like the investment into Bitcoin is.

Trough the years I have gathers my static beliefs which are pointing to the growth of the Bitcoin in the price that will precede the last years high market cap and bring the nice amount of the profit to the holders.

I wouldn't personally invest into the real estate because you need a lot of the money to even get involved into that business and with the Bitcoin is the situation different if it starts to rise to an unbelievable value that we are hoping for.

They say investing in real estate is secure. I wouldn't fully agree with that, it depends on different factors like place, position, country. And some bad moment can crash the price down.
Investing in crypto is still the most profitable, it's risky but still with the best chances to make some serious money.
But if you have such possibilities you can divide your investments on both, just make sure that you find good real estate advisor.

crypto currency investment is the best investment which can give you lot of profits in very short time and I don't think any other investment will give this much profits but investing on real estate is risk free when compared to bitcoin and it is only long term investment if you want to make money and it is not that much easy to sell as bitcoin so you need to choose which one you want as per your needs.

Investing in real estate is much more safer than bitcoin because your money is in good hands and because bitcoin volatility is really high that your investment might gone up to 70%
Sad but true, that volatility really affects bitcoin value, so if you already earn from this investment better to re invest or divert it to other assets,
real state is a good option and like what most of the replied said, it's much safer as you are just waiting for the project being finished and after
some time you will gain the results.

Due to the more active market value of cryptos compared to real estate stocks, I would say that investing to Bitcoin is much profitable. Still, stocks are safer to invest given that it has a constant increase even if most of it are for long term. Bitcoin is way risky compared to stocks but it is just that the more risky an investment, the bigger profit to be earned from it. So it will just depend on your perceptions.

Bitcoin business and real estate business were both good, it is quite the same that in a long run of holding the price value definitely grows. But the difference is all about price value, bitcoin price drop and grows rapidly, unlike real estate business the price will grow without dropping, but real estate business are not a tax free, unlike bitcoin that does not involve any form of payments taxes. But for the very wise people, that needs multiple profit, they go for bitcoin business.

It depends on your own knowledge about real estate investment. Why all of a sudden you think of investing in a real estate? How well do you know the system of real estate investment? If you just see it as a profitable for others but in reality you don't have an idea how system works there then refrain from that investment and focus for the meantime on your preferred investment you have knowledge. It doesn't mean you will not consider that in the future but for today learn all aspects that involves investing in a real estate so that you are not a newbie anymore when you engage in that kind of investment.

It's not wrong to consider other investment as part of diversifying but don't just move forward without enough ammos on hand.
