Ethereum itself is still a good Investments. Look at the price at the market still on dip but it will moon soon when BTC rises too. Almost all altcoins are in a cheap price 2 ETH is good enough to invest in crypto. Actually it is up to you if do you want to keep it as an ethereum or invest in other coins. If you want to invest in other altcoins you may used the 50% of your ETH in different altcoins and the 50% is stay in ETH hold for long term.
I will say arcblock is a good coin, since you had that in mind, normally how i go about this kind of situation is that i will divide the investment into two, invest one on arcblock and hold the other in eth, whichever one that has the major increase in the future, you will still benefit

Trade your own money with a good exchange like poloniex where you can use margin and leverage to make a big trades which might give you a upper hand that keeping holding your coins or investing in an ICO which might turn out to be scam or not even implementing project early for you to reap reward on your investment.

Congrats on the 2 ETH! I’d check out Parachute Token. They have some great partners including Merit, 2Gether, Purple Coin, and Cryzen just to name a few. Plus they are working on an app, exchange and several other goodies! Plus they are pretty involved in the community with Habitat for Humanity, FLIT (or whatever the dang acronym is for that charity) and just sponsored a huge STEM event out in Midland.
I am suggesting you to invest in Ethereum because it has good potential. It is best alcoin next to Bitcoin . Ethereum price reflected when the price of bitcoin increase or decrease.
Ethereum is one of the promising crypto mean altcoin and it's stay neck to neck with bitcoin. So it's not a bad idea to invest on ETH. But everyone need to aware that how much they invest on it.

I believe ArcBlock is a great ICO. I invested in it and got a lot of profits. This is a good project. You can invest here if you wish. Or you can try to invest in any top listed altcoin.

That's a very bad decision. Arcblock is not a good project. Arcblock has no product and that can be a very bad thing to invest or put your money in the arcblock. I will suggest you put your money in the project which has been developing a product. i think buddy product will be a good thing for you and you can try to product and see what will be happened with it. I think keep your ethereum only 0,5 ETH, and another 1,5 ETH split to token with 15 kind of token means 0,1ETH each, Because if we hold many kind of token willl give many profits than only keep 1 kind of koin. Nobody knows that it would be a good investment or not until it is over and i suggest to you to research more about it.
