It's a PoC that's months away, but yes, I think within that plan there is the ability to send/wire currency. But its not only that, it'll service the millions that cant be able to do so in puerto rico, and if that concept works there, sky's the limit to adoption as people realize IOC blockchain is what most ICOs are trying to create atm, lots are still years down the line.

It is a Proof of Concept that wll realize what IOC blockchain can do and will roll out in Puerto Rico in 2019 with beta launch and small scale testing.

No one wants to say it right now because of being depressed, but I think the team is doing a good job code wise. With the integration of IOC blockchain into ADM, utilization would increase.

There are wallets staking all over the world and you come and say such thing. What ever wallets have ioc each where bought buddy. There was no premine, you seem to come here just to post negative stuff about the project. So sad for you...
