Yes, several are working on the integration for weeks now, binance and bittrex for example. I guess we can expect the next exchange listing in september, but only the crypto gods know for sure.

Create a QR-code that carries the http URL pointing at the tangle explorer's entry for the recieving address.
Write the Seed letters onto the backside. Fold the paper several times.
Some creative mind should create some suiting artwork. Baseballcapped neckbeard on front perhaps, in a presidential stance. Dont make it look like a trump.

Why are we so focused on carrying paper bill equivalents in our hands??
