yeah I get that sorta ... but what I mean is, say 1000 10^6 people or spam bot make 1 iota transactions to addresses, the turn their computer power off.
Where/how is this data all stored
what is the incentive to store it??
what is the limits of say all iota in 1 address each.....what size HD does this take? or ram or whatever?

or ram or whatever?There is no incentives for common or vicious users to spam since they need to do PoW. It will cost you a lot of money if you do some meaningful spamming.
Database inflation is a common issue for all cryptocurrencies. You know how big the bitcoins and ethereum database are?

and if it keeps dropping buy again with 333$
