32 bit is not officially supported. Try the regular one: https://github.com/iotaledger/wallet/releases/download/v1.0.3/iota-wallet-1.0.3-setup.exe
You should get an error message when trying to start IRI, and you should see a box that says "adjust parameters". Add -Xmx32m there and see if it starts.

With the donations to the whales of the small medium holders, they can compensate that they are selling below market price.

Given that small donations wont get paid, i think its a good way for whales who may afford a big donation, get more back.

As a community member there are primarily 2 things you can do to boost IOTA even more right away:

Unfortunately, like you all know, I can't reveal details, because I refuse to pollute IOTA's brand and ecosystem with unwarranted speculation and hype, but I can assure you all that it is indeed a 'Big Deal' for IOTA to get this through. It will open a lot of doors and bring a ton of liquidity to IOTA right away


While a full roadmap of the Foundation will be released shortly, I can reveal that our primary focus will be C and Rust clients, which will make the IOTA experience several fold more efficient and seamless, libraries and development tools to make it as easy and enjoyable for devs to implement IOTA"

EDIT: If you want quick syncing - here is a good way:

Download and extract zipped tangle to appropriate folder.

Then wait some minutes to be fully synced and send the tx. Won't take much time.

I know you're busy David, I'm not complaining, just explaining. I'm grateful to you and the other core team for all you're doing for IOTA.

I have been inspired by Iota from day 1 and even more as it progresses.
It's just such a revolutionary technology.
We as a community must make the Big Deal Happen.
Or do we want to miss out on the crypto project of the decade?

(I want to donate 5%, ( I have donated 5% on the foundation as well) but I also have trouble sending Iota, how can we make the 100% on the Big Deal asap?)

I have said this many times, but there was 98 (!) people who did not claim automatically, it takes about 10-20 minutes per person, yes 10-20 minutes per person, and most of the day I do not have time to process manual claims, I got 1000 other tasks to do. Just today the IOTA Foundation team has been in 4 calls and prepare for a large meeting that will take place tomorrow, thus processing manual claims is not high on the list. Your iotas is safe, that's all you need to know for now, IOTA isn't even on the exchanges yet, so even if you're a speculator you got no reason to worry.

What you should think about is: "How much do I want to donate to the foundation? How much do I want to donate to Big deal?", because this is something you can decide *today* which will make the process a lot more smooth for the entire ecosystem.
