I have a lot transactions with 0% from the first days around 01.07. When i press Replay it says, the transaction is not replayable. The tangle is solid because i can generate new adresses, replay newer transactions etc. Are the iotas lost?
They are not lost. Wait for 1.0.2 which will allow to replay such transfers without repeating them. It's planned to be published today if all tests are passed successfully.
EDIT: "Not lost" is an incorrect statement. They will become replayable, but if they are doublespendings they will never be confirmed.
