WeExchange has stolen customers funds, ukyo refuses to say why. NeoBee comes in, probably partners with Ukyo, take a stake of weexchange in trade for IPVO shares. They keep saying they fully intend to payback. This is fancy talk for, within a few months. So this gives ukyo plenty of time to recoup the money by selling these NB shares to pay back customers.
Not sure what NeoBee gets out of it, since weexchange is garbage.
Of course it is speculation, but they could clear this up in two seconds if they wished.

1) How many people are working for you now?
2) IIRC, N&B have raised ~10k BTC in the IPVO so far, can you give a rough estimate of how many of those you still hold, and how many has been converted to fiat/spent?
3) IIRC you have mentioned a number of how many million EUR you estimate to be deposited during the first 6(?) months or so, but I can't seem to find it. Do you have that number?

3) 7.5 Million Euro a month (this is based on growing the customer base by aprox 2500 users a month depositing aprox 3000 Euro each)

Loving how everyone is suddenly a PR/legal/English language expert.
Amazingly its the same users who are also experts in so many other fields of endeavour - pub 'know it alls' loose on the internet . I don't know how you have time to nit-pick others in between running your own vast, global corporations.

I'm just happy to have astute fellers like you to keep us in line with witty html tags.
Those that know me or have had direct personal communication with me, know that I will be doing everything I can. Nothing suspicious, under hand or anything. I know some people with stuck funds have contacted me personally and thanked me for taking a lead in resolving the whole mess. I want this out of the way as much as anyone, including full explanations.
I still don't get it why NEOBEE is involving in this mess. Do we have IPO funds stuck on Weex? Do we need bailout someone? Why ... do we really need another centralized stock exchange for that price? One month before soft opening... you guys must have a shitload of other really important work on the table.
But i believe that you guys know the best what you are doing, i put my trust in you. We'll get answers "soon".

Sorry for breaking into your conversation, but if disclosing the WeEx details constitutes breaking the law, why would you want to announce to the world that you're law-bound to keep silent? It's effectively telling your investors "We just stepped into a shady operation, even talking about it is illegal."

Don't be so obtuse. Something such as an NDA is not by nature, illegal. Just because one can't talk about it, does not make it illegal.
