But if you buy experimental altcoin with no track record, you may be buying into someone wishful thinking!

Good point on Ethereum. I've noticed that the price of Ethereum losses more than other most popular altcoins. I think it will be wise to get some Ethereum before its upgrade London in two days. Even though before update does not show a huge growth, but at least losses can be minimized during red market. Who know what can came out from it. Ethereum fees are high again (due to red market), but with upgrade it was promised they will be improvement in transaction. This might work well for investors.

They all used to actually,,, but you are right now there do last for a few months but I have personally seen a big exchange like Bittrex only list for a few weeks, especially with their IEO tokens that only listed for a few days before price crashed to even -99% of the IEO price, then they just removed it because of all the FUD.
