Its been really used since it was created because of its anonymity and criminal people would really like that because its really hard to trace them up with using bitcoin thats why its commonly used on darknet and we should really accept the fact regarding on this thing and we cant do anything about it.

Mistake, bitcoin is not anonymous is pseudo anonymous, and bitcoins can be easily tracked if you don’t take measures, like using tor and a service that washes coins.

Or, the cheapest way possible to mix your coins and add a layer of confusion to those who eant to track your spending is to deposit it into an exchange and send the coins there. At least, you won't pay a couple more extra to just blur your coins out of the open.

Now that you mention that, it occurred to me that you could wash your bitcoin bit investing in bitcoin casinos, or by depositing a balance in a casino and then getting back coins not linked to your address.

And even if it is used for illegal transactions or illegal activities it would probably make no difference to it as you mentioned that those kind of things are also done with other currencies like USD or Euro but people don't blame the currencies for these kind of things.

Yes illegal activities will still be conducted regardless of what payment option they will use whether its bitcoin, fiat money or commodities or maybe they will just swap something to fulfill their obligation to the other party. Bitcoin is somewhat famous being use in illegal activities because of its anonymity which would mean that authorities will have difficulty in tracing the people involve in the transaction and this would be an advantage to the people doing the illegal transactions. Those people also who did not have an idea about bitcoin will just immediately believe what they hear and see in the media that's why bitcoin has such reputation.
