Bitcoin might not die. For anyone to use bitcoin will not die, even that will be developed. Besides, bitcoin has also been used through out the world, and in fact, very many positive comments, not of society, but from large investors as well.

No bitcoin will never die the price of bitcoin is very normal. Dumping of coin is natural because there are chance that the demand will low. But we need to wait until all investors comeback again to bitcoin. And the price will increase again rapidly.

I think it is.

Bitcoin use adoption has stalled. Media interest has dissipated. Prices have only slowly continued to decline for a long time now. Bitcoin securities have always been and still are a complete mess, with a near 100% failure (scam/fraud/incompetence/etc) rate. Mining has been concentrated in the hands of a few giant players, eliminating much of the advantage/security/democracy of thousands of individuals being the money processors. Alternative forms of online payment with US dollars (and other fiat currencies) are now cheaper, faster, and more secure than bitcoin (and of course far more usable to buy/sell real goods/services), eliminating any of its advantages as a payment system. Continued decline of bitcoin and strength in fiat currencies has put the lie to the idea of bitcoin as a store of value; there are far better more reliable hedges against inflation. Meanwhile the real economy is firing on all cylinders, stock markets are at all time highs, corporate earnings are higher than ever, unemployment is low, etc. Even amid the boom, no one cares about bitcoin any more. Bitcoin was a fad that lasted a few years, and is now on its way to being forgotten.

Thoughts? Anyone seriously disagree with this conclusion?

No bitcoin is not dead. These days the bitcoin peice keep on Decreasing but it is not an end. The time will come that bitcoin will increase again because not all the time that we are lucky so that it is part of the bitcoin. Those people who says that bitcoon is dead they do not have believe in the strength of bitcoin.
Although this thread created since 2015, but I want to ask you what is the strength of bitcoin here? Blockchain? No, I do not think so. Blockchain split to called as new technology of the world under the name "Blockchain - technology of decentralized system". Therefore, I do not know which thing can helps Bitcoin recover when it dumped too much value like now, just only the whale can do that.

No it's not dead, don't you realize that this is an on going and constant thing.. BTC rises everyone sings and dance, it comes down and everyone begins to panic, check the historical charts past few years it's been following the same trend. Doesn't mean it always will but more than likely it will .

Why did you decide that bitcoin was forgotten. In any financial industry, there are some small crises or a decline in prices. No, I do not want to say that the bitcoin crisis has come. After all, the price has fluctuated before, and despite this all those who worked with Bitcoin remained faithful to it and did not regret it. So you need to panic less and just believe in bitcoin. Personally, bitcoin suits me in everything. Of course there are some nuances related to both the price and cashing, but I think that soon everything will be decided, because there are already structures that accept bitcoin as a payment system, and therefore I think that everything will soon be ok.

yes it is dead. that is why it is still 7000 usd. that is why even in its deepest point of the year it is 5 times more expensive than beginning of last year. bitcoin is still a hidden gem and it is only the beginning. you will be very disappointed if you cash out nowadays.

Bitcoin is not dead and will never be as long as it remains secure, decentralized, & so long as people support it. Although there might be a need to be cautious with your holdings especially if you bought Bitcoin at a high price.

Bitcoin will never dead i guess, it says bitcoin dead i think it's just a panic of people just because there is a price reduction on bitcoin than before. And now the bitcoin price starts to rise again. The bitcoin price is indeed fluctuating, but Bitcoin will stay alive i thought. Just calm down and bitcoin will still making fun for us.

No.It is just a small downfall for Bitcoin. At the end of this year, Bitcoin may stand again.
Bitcoin is not going to die soon and that is because there are a lot of small investors in the market which will never let it die. What is happening in the market is not a good sign either, but still it is just a way the market works. Right now most of the bigger whales of the market have already taken out their money but still the price is not only good but if the people can control over the panic selling, they can still manage to make the trading workable like last year.

maybe end of 2015 bitcoin dead Sad

oh no, untill today bitcoin still exist. and I hope for long therm

I don't believe that Bitcoin is dead. This is just one of those black propagandas that was created to bring fear to  investors and planning to buy Bitcoin. If it's dead why it's still operating and gaining it's value.  And as of now we're still here campaigners who will strive to gain more buyers and investors.

Don't think that a temporary price cut would be considered dead or unwelcome, and that bitcoin's decline is minimal compared with other cryptocurrencies.

I'm sure there won't be any panic as long as there's a long-term investment in BTC, because they know it's only temporary.
