For me it's legal because in my local exchange account there are banks mode of cash out so you can easily cash out your funds as long as you submit your verification ID.

Bitcoin is legal. The only thing that it makes bitcoin illegal are the illegal transaction that being made using bitcoins. We all know internet is vast and unprotected. Bitcoin can be use as another method for corruption. Other country are trying to minimize the usage of bitcoin or worst they are banning it since they cannot regulate bitcoin and transaction online can be really hard to find.

Well i think the legality of Bitcoin will depend on the policies put in place to regulate its use in different countries. Not all countries can have the same regulations, so it will be legal only to the extent which a country allows.

it is legal and illegal, why I said so? it is illegal for government because they cannot record the circulation and don't have exact data, so its difficult to tracked. Its legal for any kind of business, they have platform, they have supply and market cap. We trade, buy and sell there is no criminal thing we have done.

The argument for legalizing it is much stronger as long as people use it legally then I don't see a reason to take it away, when u take away a fun way to bet and make money when ur lucky then your frustrating a lot of good people who are using it correctly.Find a way to stop people from doing something illegal.

If in my own country not yet legal because Bitcoin on the grounds the Government haven't seen the positive impact that Bitcoin. I myself hope that the fore Bitcoin can be legal in all countries.
My hope is the same as you!
The government in my country still can not legalize Bitcoin. I do not know exactly what the reason is. It may take some preparation with regards to the law, and other requirements to be legalized under a strong legal framework.

I think it depends on which country you are in.
If you're in a more democratic country, it's legal to hold bitcoin and trade bitcoins most of the time.
If you are in a country that bans bitcoin, you may be arrested.
I agree,it depends where country you are. Some countries banned bitcoin like china, india, bangladesh and etc.,maybe because of the anonymity of btc that is why btc was banned by the government some used it in illegal matters but here in my country i am happy that it is not banned because i am freely using or having transactions with bitcoin.

Absolutely YES!

This bitcoin is really a legitimate crypto currency. This already regulated and supported by many countries in the world. Actually Japan has already using this bitcoin wherever any time of the day and night. In my country bitcoin is already realized and the government did not stop or ban bitcoin because they know this bitcoin is a legitimate digital money.

I'd like to know how a material of value like cryptocurrency can be considered illegal? And how the framework of legality nowadays fit our future standard or fair and transparent economic in our civilization? I would think if policy formulation cryptocurrency are more important than considering it as a illegal things.

I think some of the countries they don't treat bitcoin as legal in many ways becauae of the benefit they can get.  And it depends in the country if they will legalize bitcoin as their currency but for now bitcoin is use in other countries.

Bitcoin is of interest to law enforcement agencies, tax authorities, and legal regulators, all of which are trying to understand how the cryptocurrency fits into existing frameworks. The legality of your bitcoin activities will depend on who you are, where you live, and what you are doing with it.
Yes, I think it depends on which country you are in.Yes, the legality of bitcoin depend on the country. Many countries bitcoin is legal currency but some it is illegal.

That's right, depending on your country or country you are in, perhaps in your own country it's legal but when you go to other country it's not, since their are country who are trying to ban bitcoin and don't want to legalize it due to some reasons like money laundering.

In other places  around  the  world, they viewed the legality of bitcoin differently,  but  for  the  most  part it remains relatively safe to use as long as it is not tied to  elicit purchases or activities.  The  question surrounding between the bitcoin and  the law depends on how the digital currency  is  being  used.

Despite the fact that most countries based on their lack of knowledge about Bitcoin had never and it's not ready to legalize or regulate bitcoin in any form, It is to me still very much legit, since any two or more parties involved accept it as means of payment for goods and services.
