There are more upcoming ICO and new altcoins are coming but i believe that it will not affect the popularity of bitcoin. I believe that it will remain the king of crypto currency.

From my experience of Bitcoin investment I don't think so that Bitcoin will loses its popularity because every best thing in the world never loses its popularity. similarly Bitcoin is the best investment and it is giving the best service from the beginning of it's birth.

I don't think bitcoin will loose its popularity because it is the first and oldest cryptocurrency. Though many people are open to new changes and technologies , there are still and most of them dislike changes because it is difficult to break out when people are accustomed to using it.
There are many types of crypto. There is a lot of capital invested in other digital coins. The bitcoin market is being shared by other digital coin. But i think bitcoin will not lose it's popularity, bitcoin pioneered in the virtual currency industry, bitcoin's community is growing and bitcoin's prices are still the highest.

. The main reason behind this topic is its price at the international market. Last year its price is at his best but their is no such thing happened in this year and their is no noticeable increase in the price of Bitcoin in recent 3 month. This could be a reason behind investors loses hope ope for bitcoin. many powerful country like china, Israel, North Korea ban it in their country. So this is another reason behinds the above agenda

in my opinion, i think bitcoin is not losing its popularity rather it is gaining popularity as the awareness is increasing and its useful is also increasing. people are becoming more aware of the usefulness, they have seen it can used for various purposes other than buying it and selling at a higher price to make profit

I would say yes or maybe because of the recent bad news about the bitcoin scam . Especially for those who don't understand bitcoin when they heard about bitcoin nowadays they loose interest because of the fear to be scammed. Bitcoin price is also not stable.

And this thing highly affect on its popularity. For this reason people leave Bitcoin and start using other crypto coin. The media is another reason behind this topic. Many news channel show the negative side of Bitcoin and create a fear of it in its user. Ban in different countries is another reason behind Bitcoin's loosing popularity.
