I don't have any idea about the future.It can beat the bitcoin because its the only and the second crypto which has highest price as compare to other alt coins. Both of two crypto are top ranked crypto by the choice of people. But bitcoin is more important than any other digital coin till now because of its value and efficacy. Worldwide people are using bitcoin for its high price. They can get more benefit than if they invest in any other crypto. There is a problem with bitcoin that everybody doesn’t afford to invest into it for its high price but if we see about there return benefit and faculty then everybody will choice bitcoin at first.

I agree with you, that bitcoin is most important than the Ethereum because we see today that the price of bitcoin is highest and no other currency has increasing its price. When we compare bitcoin than Ethereum we see that bitcoin has profitable and have a great value. So bitcoin is most important because its best in investment and its indemand than in Ethereum. We can use bitcoin anywhere and its an international currency.

Judging the importance on the basis usage and purpose we can't decide because both are differently important.But also there is no doubt that BITCOIN started the cryptocurrency trend and also is more popular nowadays.N one thing more BITCOIN price is highest right now no other cryptocurrency is near it so it has much importance than ETHEREUM.

If etherium is compared to bitcoin in terms of value and importance then ETH is definitely way out of league. But both have its own designated places out there and both are equally important. Etherium is used for other transactions like how certain projects give out tokens through ether wallets which require fees and ETH ( based on my experience ) .

Both are very important and I think that this is only dependent on how the cruptoiser manages and utilizes his or her cruptocurrency if he is for all the profits being automated then he or she sjould go and put kore time into ether more as this is its advantage

From what i see, both are important, bitcoin is becoming an asset already rather than just a currency, we can see it by looking at its value, though there are some people who sell their bitcoin in large quantities, still bitcoin is bitcoin, then for ethereum, we need ethereum for other transactions, personally for gas money, if you want to have altcoins, you need ethereum on hand. Both are crucial in the cryptomarket, though there are other altcoins that are competing with value, still we need the essentials.

Both are important but for different reasons. Bitcoin is essentially digital gold, but has some utility at the moment for payments, while Ether is useful for totally different purposes.

I think in my opinion bitcoin has more importance than ethereum. Why do I say so? If not for bitcoin there will no etherium or other altcoins have been created. What do you think would happen to ethereum if bitcoin suddenly burst?

Well, how the hell can you be asking this? Bitcoin is much more important than ethereum, just look at their marketcaps, you can not even compare btc to ethereum because btc has more than x3 of the actual marketcap of ethereum.
And yes, bitcoin was the first one in here.

This can desputed all day, but eventually both are good and both have good amount of users if not all are in both equally. Bitcoin is prime and always will be prime and ETH is more like a shadow now. He is second at the moment but many want for ETH to be on top spot.

Most probably yes. Bitcoin already established in cryptocurrency and is used by most of the transactions online. Though ethereum is now used second to bitcoin but it cannot keep the pace with bitcoin in terms of investments and price hike. So it is safe to say that bitcoin is much better than ethereum for now, since we cannot tell whether or not ethereum can sustain or hit its value like bitcoin today.
