It is dangerous because there are too many rooms for price manipulation and no one can do anything (even for higher caps coins). And there are risks of being hacked or scammed by an exchange too. This is why crypto market called Wild West
Crypto is a whole new unregulated part of the market where money can be transfered uncontrollably and without paper trail. If it's unregulated, it means governments don't know where the money are coming from and where they are going, how they were earned. Also, it means governments are losing money in taxes, because since crypto is unregulated, it's also untaxed. But it's changing very fast. Many countries already introduced taxes and what not in attempt to control it.

1. Scammer everywhere, i got scammed many times and scammer always have a new way to scam. My suggestion is always re-check with who you deal.

It's dangerous from the government's perspective mostly because of it's anonymity and the fact that it threatens their fiat currencies.

Yes it is dangerous but we all know that all things are dangerous because it is nee to ourselves but when the time passed by we will get used to what is happening yo that thing that makes us comfortable in that so qe qill not take that as a danger anymore.
