actually this reason is not logical if we see the emergence of cryptocurrency is very helpful for a country to develop.

No, I don't think crypto is a dangerous industry. It dosen't involve to weapons, terrorism or environment pollution. If you think because it has many scams, you were wrong. Everything involve to financial all have scams and it is an inevitable rule
It is dangerous because it is quite risky. Not all people have enough brain to be careful and not lose all their money. I heard stories that some people sold houses, cars, etc. and invest everything in crypto. And what would be if they lose their money after all? They will sit on the neck of taxpayers instead of supporting yourself.

It is riskier than other investments. Cryptocurrencies are indeed profitable but yet, risky due to the sudden changes in the market value of the cryptos particularly the market volatility which is unlike in real estate or other investments whereas, the market value are stable making it less profitable but also, less risky. Therefore, cryptoindustry is risky depsite odf being profitable.
