Everybody keeps on saying scam scam scam for all of these ICO's. 90% of them are crap, yes. BUT there is the 10% of them, like vector, who are absolutely not scams. They are good projects that will really help the crypto community grow and its not fair to call an ICO a scam until you have actually researched it and you are sure it is a scam.

Just my two satoshis...

Not every but as per the Vitalik Buterin (ETH founder), 90% of the ico's will fail in the next 2 years. Here's the actual words of him:
Quote
It is an established fact that ninety percent of startups fail. And it should also be an established fact that 90 percent of these ERC20s on CoinMarketCap are going to go to zero.

Nice word to advertise your shit project, Binance was not a scam project just like your icos. Even binance has so many people that already used it. This known as FUD to another icos and you try to build an opinion in there.
Rather than throwing a flame to another and better to build your own shit project to compete with another.
I checked your telegram grup and there is only 10 person in there. What a shame!!!!!  Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy
Even spectre was better than your own ico  Roll Eyes

Even if they are legit they already have all the money they can ever hope for. They don't really have an incentive to really push their coins forward.

You can't generalize all Ico to be "scam" , Some of the  ICO failed to provide what they promise and left investors losing some of their investment. But some of successful Ico was able to produce big gains to it's investors.  You just need to be more cautious in investing and do good research about a certain project or ICO .

Definitely some ICOs are scams, trying to get in with the hype to make quick money. But don't count out the really good projects that are contributing with innovative ideas and interesting solutions.

If every ICO were a scam then things like Litecoin, Doge and Ethereum wouldn't exist. Now that does not mean you should go and invest in just any ICO. I would do your research. I followed quite a few before I started investing. The problem is they usually make promises to what they will do after their ICO. I try to find ones doing something prior to their ICO as this usually establishes credibility IMO.

Very true. Some like vector already have mobile applications which shows me that these ICO's are not just money grabbers, they actually developed something and put in the work before they started to raise money from the community

actually almost 90percent is scam. i hope it will be reguĺate by one  group like world bank

Oh... my... god.  I really hope this is a troll post.  Why are you even in crypto if you're advocating for a world wide bank to regulate it?  If that's what you want then jump into forex investing/trading.  And, let me ask you this.  What do you do if you don't like the world bank's regulation?  Who do you write to?  Can you vote them out?  Jeez... this is a very surprising post.

How do you propose the world bank regulate decentralized crypto based ICOs? It is futile for them to try and regulate all the ICOs. It falls on the investor to weed out the obviously scam ICO and limit their investment on projects that have real life uses. Some ICO already have established business looking to expand, it is safer to invest on those project rather than projects starting from the ground.

The main problem for me regarding ICOs is that almost none of them gives us budget.

It is easy to show a pie graphic showing how much money by % they are going to spend in marketing or development but when you start a real company with your own money, you go further away than this and do real projection because the banks or potential investors will not give you a penny if you don't do it.

Problem with ICOs is that in country where company is registered this way to crowdfund money for their project is most likely against the law, since investors are nod secured enough.

I believe there are several that are scam but ICO are like companies to be released to the public in the form of crypto-coins.

Exactly! 90% of startups fail, a widely known fact, but there are some serious winners out there and I do not think they deserve to be called "scams"
