Yes you right, facebook is trying not only to protect it users but also to protect the image of the platform so that it will not be known for crypto scam. I thought facebook will make a cryptocurrency that supports facebook. I just do not know it legitimate. I agree with this, in terms of secure public image Bitcoin is a very prone platform for anomalies and any technical related issues which may not be a good influence when it comes to public character for Facebook, which we all know is popular for very strict regulations which come up for a good flow of information and security is highly monitored, maybe it doesnt mean they dont really spread news about Bitcoin they against this.
