I think it's a little bit safe, but not that fully safe, I dunno why I just don't like that exchange, maybe because alot of altcoins listed there does not do well

Yes, according to my experience hitbtc is another good exchange where we can trade without any problem. Even withdrawals and deposits are very fast through from this exchange. Maintenance are sometime good to identify bugs in the exchanges.

I dont think hitbtc is still safe these days cause almost everyday they are conducting maintennace which stops the trading and withdrawing of coins which is alarming.

Your brother is totally right . Hitbtc is most shady exchange because of its suddenly disable withdrawal and deposit without any blockchain issue or project issue . then you see pump or dump there . recently John Mccaffe accuse hitbtc for its policy and there was social media fight between hitbtc and Mccaffe .

Should really be read up by those people who are too much confident with Hitbtc.I can say any exchange do have issues but we should look up on how severe it is. Its an inevitable thing for them to avoid and the thing i dont like with hit is the deposit fees which is somehow a greedy move for them to make and we cant easily see this stuff into other exchange and also even the top tier exchangers it doesnt mean its totally safe those are still prone to problems and the thing here is that we should store up huge amounts.

According to experience i have with the HitBtc exchange is very good for trading the coins listed in HitBtc, at the same time, apart from trading there are no delays in terms deposits and withdrawals. I hope HitBtc exchange is always good to trade and for deposits and withdrawals too.

if I think hitbtc is very safe to transact, I never get the disappointment of transacting on hitbtc maybe that I complain is just a relatively large fee. if you are afraid, you can install authenticator on hitbtc. it is very important to install the authenticator because it will keep our account from all the things that are not desirable.

I’ve been trading in hitbtc maybe for 4 to 5 times within this year and I haven’t experienced any security concern or anything unusual. They have a complicated interface and not like Binance, but as long you used good judgment and common sense you won’t be complaining now. To be honest, it is much better than any other exchange, second at the best in my assessment.

Hitbtc are good now for your trading and I have been using hitbtc since March this year without much problems. Investing into good coins should be our major concern as most of the exchange platforms are trust worthy and has proof to be reliable and hitbtc are one of the exchange we can actually depends on.

yes very safe for the past few years i joined blockchain, that has been the exchange i have been using to trade till they haven't desappointed me otr having any issues with them. i wonder why people complains about hitbtc.
things to safegaurd your token wen trading on hitbtc are:
1. use a very stronge password not less than 12 words
2. you email should have a notification keys.. i m before someone else will signin your account you email should give you response that someone is trying to login your account.
3. make sure you activate 2FA that means without your phone they can't signin you hitbtc account this makes it looks more secure and safe wen trading on that exchange.

It is always safe and secured for trading, but sometime I don't like how they operates hardly to respond to support email so wen I m very careful with them to avoid how story that touches the heart.

Is perfectly working now because I recently traded over there, so don't be afraid I can assure you full access wen depositing in hitbtc, although one of my best coin was listed there too so that was how I got traded over.

There's a reason to be afraid trading on hitbtc and those are uncredited alts deposits aswell with floating withdrawals and you might find some scam accusations against them on that issue. But my personal experience is not actually scary about them since I never had any issue on them at all or maybe i just prefered to trade with them with small amount of money that's why I never encounter that issue.

But the one I really hate about that exchange is their decimal trading which made me feel suck since I can't do trade with my excess tokens.

I never had any problems ever since I used the Hitbtc exchange site and I think their site is safe and good too. But I could have passed on some news about it being unsafe and all because last year there were a lot of exchanges that were having problems with their deposit and withdrawal.
