I have never experienced this kind of issue with HITBTC. It is an exchange I use frequently and it has been good. Having a problem with one transaction process being it a deposit or withdrawal doesn't render the exchange bad. I never used Hitbtc exchange site. I do have a positive opinion about this exchange because even I am trading in it for more than 1 year. Till now, didn't any sort problem from Hitbtc exchange and they are very prompt in processing the withdrawals on time without any delays.
Previously I felt comfortable trading on sHITBTC but since AMM incident, I never used or thought to go there again. Be careful, they are many tricks and pitfalls that will make you lose a lot of money.

yes hitbtc has poor customer support .
also many times they disable deposit or withdrawal , in that case you will be stucked with your coins .
it hurts when you transfer coins there to sell in pump , and when it stuck then you end up with huge loss , as price get already down when you receive coins .

If find HitBTC somehow safe. I've used many times and till now I have not encountered any problems that will lead me to their support page. But best still not to rely on exchanges use to only exchange and not as a wallet.
We should really done on this way on where we should not entrust exchanges when it comes on storing up coins.If you do make active trades then it doesnt matter at all as long you do know how and when to pull out those funds.For now every exchange do have different issues into each users which some may experience some may not but i would say Hitbtc is somehow safe to use up but dont store up big amounts on any exchange.You are right i forgot to mention those who trade. For that case, in the past I double authentication keys like Google Athenticator. This is to make sure Im the only one using the account. Still we cant be sure as exchanges can still run with our money, so I stopped.

I have been using HitBtc for a couple of months now or I think it is close to a year of trading from this site and I don't see any problems with this site. I've deposited or have been withdrawing from this site and I like their service, it is what I expected it to be. Maybe some did encounter some problems with this site but by far it is one of the safest site I have tried, even hold most of my savings on this site as well.
Working with HitBTC more then year, don't have any problems with them, but only don't liked commission in the last time for some trade pairs.
HitBTC has, of course, a 2-step verification process for all users through commonly used Google Authenticator. This security feature is used for all logins and tethering. The bad thing is that this is not included when you sign up with them. It is always wise to keep your account secured no matter how small your trades are.
if in my opinion, the hitbtc site is very safe. because I often use it. more coin coins in my wallet wallets are listed in the market so inevitably I have to use it. and as long as I use it, I never feel threatened. what do you think so hitbtc unsafe?
there is no such thing as very safe for every exchange sites out there, a wise trader will always keep his/her coin through personal wallet, digital or hardware, if you don't need to trade soon better stay away on storing your coins through exchange sites.As far as I understand, he didn't say that he put his coins in trading site and that's good because we never know when the site gets compromise. As for this moment, I never encounter major issues while using the platform and when it says it's under maintenance then I'll stay away for it for a while. No more ifs and buts.
