is it a good idea to invest in ICO's and what do you think is a good deciding factor to pick what ICO's to invest in?

I think the most crucial factor is the potential of this ICO project that you want to invest in. Now there is a lot of ICO project but most of it is not potential and scam due to the bad circumstances of the market. Please choose and research carefully about ICO project before making purchase tokens.

Ico is indeed one of the best ways to invest, but not for now. In 2018 there are a lot of scam projects, ico fails, due to unfavourable market conditions, so the market is difficult to develop. Another influencing factor is that more fraudsters are using ICo to get profits and then run away with the funds. However, there is also a successful Ico but the percentage tends to be smaller when compared to Ico scam.

Investing in ICOs is not as profitable as it used to be, and this is because of the current market situations (bear market).  Most projects regardly of how good they are tend to dump the moment they launch on the exchange, so I think for now it is better to wait and buy on the exchange than to invest in ICOs.

Now is not the best time to invest in new coins, as campaigns are constantly putting off listing on the exchange and will have to wait a very long time until the price will be several times higher than ICO.

Attracting startups ICO is not regulated by law. Some projects simply raise funds, and then disappear. Therefore, the main risk is the loss of money. But given the globalization of the Internet and its related business processes, you need to invest in an ICO now. How to do it? How to distinguish fraudulent from bona fide ICO? Where to begin? These are separate topics. But this must be done now! Otherwise, why are we all HERE Huh

In my opinion, buying at the ICO now seems unpromising, because most of the prices are always bad when registered in exchange, so I better invest in projects that are officially registered in the exchange market. Because I will get security.

Investing in ICO projects is generally a good idea, but not at the current bad time for this. Now investing in ICO is associated with very high risks, and almost no profitability. Now it is really better to buy tokens of good projects after they appear on the stock exchange and it happens tens and hundreds of thousands of times fall in price compared to the price of ICO. If there is a good product in the ICO project, then its tokens should increase well in price over time after the general rise in the cryptocurrency market.

Now a days, planning to invest in an ico is not a good choice in my personal opinion. But factor to be considered if you are planning to invest are people behind the project, services it may offer to public and s capacity to compete to other coins which offer same services.

Investing in ICO is always a good idea but one fact remain to consider is you have to choose a good project. Otherwise, you will not be able to get profit. Most of the projects come up with some bad idea or old idea. Do not get into this. Find out some innovative idea and go for further analysis with their team. If all those are positive, I think ICO is best to get some profit.

No, investing in ICO is very dangerous, especially now. If you want to invest in ICO, then come back here by the end of this year, as soon as the market can begin to recover.

I agree with you, if you invest, it is only on the General rise of the market, when any purchased slag can give a considerable profit, and now there is no sense to risk

Whether it is dangerous or not depends on your ability to search and identify ICO projects. Recently the Korean ICO was Contents Protocol, which has multiplied 3 times the ICO price after being listed on exchange upbit

Investing in ico is a good option but we need to be more careful this time due to the continuous growth of the scam ico on the crypto currency feild. Because we can loss a huge amount of profit on it if we don't take good care of choosing the best and legit ico. Investing in ico is really profitable bit it always depend on your strategy.

Yes, but it still depends on the ICO and the team. I am very strict on implementing a "make your own research before investing first". Because my last experience took me a more that 2 figures of usd of losses. But also still depending on the ico's functions and the famous people behind the project which was the team.

I think yes, because still there are good projects, which can bring you a good profit. But of course, it is a time of big investment funds, not solo investors with a 100$ from salary.

I think it's still a good option but it's fully depends on you and the ICO you are investing in. Cause now a days most of the successful icons also not that much profitable. For that you have to be choose the best of all successful icos. For last few quarter months we don't see much profit on icos that's don't mean that icos are dead. Maybe there are less successful icos but there is still some project which is very good at their work. So it's you who have to choose the right one to invest. So just do some research on your own before investing your single penny.

I would say "Yes" because there are many projects out there that still lists in exchanges way above the ICO price, you just have to know how to seperate the wheat from the tar.

There is nothing wrong when you decide to invest in an ICO, but you should be ready to select good ones through a god research method.
I have seen people invest in ICOs and make their profits, which is contrary to the experiences of some people, who sometimes invest in scam ICOs.
We have had a taste of so many forms in the crypto space, so those with good experience should be able to make the right choice in all ramifications. Considerng the team, use cases, tech and so many other factors.
