Nothing wrong with it I already bought some ETH than Bitcoin since I can also use ETH to gas my wallets when I need to transfer some token from airdrops to exchange when they have their own value on the future as well.
I don't think that's feasible. I will consider you as privileged to have bitcoin at the moment and you shouldn't trade it for nothing. If you must have ethereum it's not a bad idea best strategy will be have both bitcoin and ethereum. ETH too does have great potential more than prospect we have for it.
Still waiting for someone to answer the great mystery on why bitcoin process controls everything in the crypto market and how long do we need to wait for this decoupling to happen?

I think this is a great idea! Bitcoin is going through hard times now. This year is just great for the etherium! Just do it! So what you are thinking guys is it good idea or better hold as bitcoin.
I think keeping bitcoin will be better. Because ICO-funded projects by ETH they hold too much, wait for ETH to rise to the market to take money for project development.
if i like I will also choose ethereum to hold instead of hold bitcoin.
T is you who need to make some decision at the end and that you need to make the best possible decision so that you may be able to have some good earning at the end. Holding of the bitcoin is one of the best thing to do and that nothing other than that can help you in having some good amount of money at the end. Just stay cool and calm and that you need to keep your nerves under your control. 
Sounds good, I mean its better to not to put all the eggs in one basket right? don't get me wrong its not that I don't trust Bitcoin but converting a portion of your holdings to Ethereum is a really good idea. Ethereum might be struggling right now but I'm sure that it will make a huge comeback by the last quarter of the year just like before.

because i believe ethereum price could grow more if we compared with bitcoin price

it does not matter if you have to switch to ethereum but now this bitcoin will still continue to be the best choice, but having ethereum will definitely be a good one because ethereum is a stable coin. So what you are thinking guys is it good idea or better hold as bitcoin.
I agree with you, so far the bitcoin has no other function like ethereum. the only growth of bitcoin is hardfork. it's not like ethereum that can make growth in the new altcoin. ethereum gave birth to many altcoins. and they grow to compete. I believe in ethereum. currently the only investment I have is on ethereum.

I think its a good decision due to the price growth of eth compared to bitcoin. Actually whatever your decision you are on the right track because btc and eth are good investments especially for long term.
Eth is way cheaper than btc so if you dont have huge capital its a good option and for those newbies who are looking for alts to invest in dont forget to add eth in your crypto-portfolio because in time it can give you high return.
There are so many things which we do as they seems good to us but later, at time when the results come, they are not the way we have expected and that this results in lot of disappointment and mental stress. In current times is a good idea but it is relative and depends on the amount of Bitocin that will sell to acquire Ethereum, we must remember that the major cause of the increase of altcoins is the result of Bitcoin, so if Ethereum obviously grows Bitcoin grows. Keep 30% of the portifolio in Ethereum and this idea not is bad and on the contrary can become as a point of safety.

both are a good choice. but i agree with you for ethereum. ethereum have a big chance to more grows. their community always increase every year and the team always have a good plan to develop the platform.
I think the idea is not the worst, but I would not write off bitcoin to the end, although many bet more on the etherium

when you think it is going to be a bull run month then hold alts like ether and increase bitcoins by holding alts .
if you think it is bear run then hold btc , bcoz in bear run alts dump more than btc .
you can apply above strategy for short run .
for long run hold a undervalued coin so that you face no loss even in bear run like february .
I also believe that Ether has more room for growth compared to Bitcoin, but if you really want to make a buck, you should buy some low sats alts. They can really explode!

I think ETH has more potential than BTC. I am not sure about BCH.
