I dont wanna be blame in future if your target fails so maybe whats better consider first before selling bitcoin and convert into ethereum is,how sure you are that eth will outperform btc in future?do you have some good proof about this?we all know how bitcoin dominant the market so i see no reason why needed too this thing,i have been holding this two great coin and i have both faith on them. So better think hundred time before doing such action
I am not saying ethereum will cross the bitcoin price.I just think ethereum will have more price growth rate,for instance now ETH is $ and bitcoin is $7500.If ethereum finishes this year with $1000 and bitcoin with $15000 then ethereum have better profits with the same amount of investment.But I don't have any proof just my insider so I am asking you guys.

Nope, your idea is good but Bitcoin is always better than Ethereum at any point of time. If you believe in Ethereum you can invest 50% of your Bitcoin investment converted to it but I always suggest Bitcoin investment is the best compared with any altcoins including Ethereum.

here's my observation, if the bitcoin price was drop almost all altcoin is affected, so my point is why you didn't invest both ,Bitcoin and Ethereum lets say you have 10 BTC, put 5 in Bitcoin while the other half put it in Ethereum. Anyways, you can also invest in other coin like Neo, Ripple Dash, LiteCoin that coin have potential in the future.

Vitalik was interested in change ethereum to the POS system with fixed supply and the majority of ether communities are supporting it right now.
it may better for you to keep some bitcoin in your wallet and you will not lost anything when your prediction becomes fail.

Doesn't matter absolutely. Can be a month difference but the price rate will be the same.
I also believe that now some of the money is better to invest in the ETH. But I'm still interested in Waves, it also have the prospect of growth

I prefer bitcoin more than ethereum, better pick another coins like litecoin, monero or cardano imo if you really want to convert into other coin.

it does not matter if you want to convert bitcoin to ethereum, but you have to remember price movements rise and fall faster bitcoin. and ethereum has a stable price resistance. so I think that's not a bad thing if you are ready to take risks. Then you might as well put in small cap promising alts. They will grow more than ethereum.
This, there are plenty of solid small cap projects arround that can and will outperform Ethereum. Ether is most likeley a 'safe' bet though, for what that's worth of course
This is crypto, unfortunately you can never be sure. I really like Ethereum and it is widely adopted and used a lot. Still, another project can rise and eat up some of Ethereum's market share.
Bitcoin will not be set aside very easily though.

I see its a good move. Thinking how low ETH have gone down, you'll get 150% increase compared to BTC with only a 50% increase of the price, assuming the market will be back as it was last December.
Yeah that is what I am aiming for,I can see that huge price bump will occur in ethereum soon because lots of projects will be based on Ethereum only so it creates demand for the ethereum.

I think both ether and bitcoin have a great future. Also i do not see them as rivals, as they do different things. Having both eth and bitcoin seems a good decision
remember there are some problems from projects that use ethereum platform, like denaro and the newest is centra. project or scam ico can also affect the growth of ethereum and I think that is a strong reason to slow growth for ethereum this year. but if you want to hold it for the long term, immediately do the idea you have said.
