i am in favour of buying listed tokens. it is eliminating vast majority of risks,also you can buy cheaper after bounty dump.

I think that everything depends on the situation in the crypto currency market. But at the moment it's better not to invest in ICOs projects, because it's very dangerous.
I think now during the ico prices are inflated after entering the exchange, they always fall, on this almost all coins fall, I think take after entering the exchange !

I prefer to buy it when it's already in the market and already have a price in the market. There are many benefits I can get, such as the price is much cheaper, can know the ability of coins.
